Yeah these last two came out really close to each other, it was really weird and the second one reverted or tweaked the changes that were in the first one.

sad about the grail changes... it's one of my favorite items atm, but 5% cdr reduction really fucks with my support lux build

Loving the fact that Visage now gives 20% CDR instead of 15%. Now I can go visage on Ryze against a majorly AP team and not have to deal with being under CDR cap at 35%.

They are insight into the mind of Riot. They are, in fact, a better view into that window than the changes to the actual game, because when they do especially egregious PTR things they get smacked down.

Yeah sure, but when you're like "oh my god yes!" when they flip/flop a CDR change they made to an item the day before, you might consider that one or the other was entirely accidental and not indicative of anything.

There's nothing wrong with discussing the changes on the PBE. None of us are calling for Riot's blood or anything. Some of the changes don't go through, but a fair amount of them do. There's no reason we should bar ourselves from discussing potential changes just because they aren't live. I agree sometimes people overreact and freak out about the changes, but this wasn't really one of those times, just a civil discussion.

i haven't played much since s1, I play dota, so when I started playing because a friend asked me to I'm really out of date with any strategies, metagame, etc.
Are there any video series that are fairly recent that will go over generally what you need to know in the current meta (preferably at least 1 for lane 1 for jungle)?

They flipped the CDR of grail from 15 to 10, then up to 20, in a single day.
I wouldn't put too much money on what's going to happen to the grail CDR until I see official patch notes :<

A couple of guys from my school team started playing 3s about a month ago without any prior experience. They found some OP nidalee + shaco combo and just now they became the first team the world to hit challenger.

Im curious on what people think about irelia in the current state of things. I feel while the blanket AS nerfs and health stacking hurt her but at the same time i feel like since shes irelia shes always going to have her place as a top lane go to
