Man, I'm so psyched to jungle Vi. I just don't know how I'm going to build her yet, anyone do it on PBE? I'm thinking AS/Armor/MR/MS, Machete 5pot start into... I don't know. I think Ancient Golem/BotRK could be a good combo, or Wriggles/Phage, you know, bruiser stuff.

It's not just a counter-initiation.

Sure you can use it as a counter-initiation and it's not even half-bad. But I think it's even better to just press R, press Shurelya's, charge in, and win games.

It is a great counter-initiate, if your gonna use it to start a fight you need to use hope and prayers, but in the jungle it can force teams to split, which wins fights anyways.

welcome to last month

today's ogn games would like a word

What are the ways to rewatch the matches?

the only thing I can offer is the schedule with the rebroadcast details, not sure if they have vods since i either catch the broadcast or simply skip the day if i dont have time.

http://www.twitch.tv/ongamenet has a listing of broadcast times, including a rebroadcast of todays game tomorrow.

No youtube channels?

Yeap, that's what I meant. To really get value out of its range and follow-up slow I'd rather use it at the end of a fight/to flee once the enemy has wasted shurelya/CDs, rather than at the start of the fight. I feel that Naut's ult do that better.

Shhhhhh. Abuse her while you can before people find out and get her nerfed.

i don't think she's even close to being OP.

i wish they'd fix some of these attack animations though. there's a delay with certain heroes from when their projectile hits the enemy and it actually damages them. nami is probably the worst offender, but i do remember having problems with it on ahri and syndra.

next on my to-do list: syndra support. if zyra can support then certainly syndra can!

uh...good luck with that

I guess it might work if the opponents are dumb. Her R does have a lot of base damage burst at level 6.... X_X

Her kit is at least as good as any of the other AP Carry -> Support converts who aren't Zyra, so long as you have decent aim with Q->E. The one very sharp idea I've seen is building Tear for mana so that late-game you can grab Muramana and lay the smackdown on anyone diving your carry.

Support Syndra is a poor idea because her contribution to the game is directly related to how fast you hit levels 9 and 13.

I disagree about it being nearly useless. It allowed me to chase down and kill an Ashe who was trying to run out of our base. It just had its applications greatly reduced. I think they should lower the price even more to compensate for the change.

It's called Stun and other hard CC. Also the ganks required wards or minions to teleport to. If you see the enemy has teleport, then you change your lane strategy accordingly to avoid falling victim to that strategy. It's called tactics.

In Hungry Hungry Hippos there are no such constraints—one can constantly attempt to collect marbles with one’s hippo, limited only by one’s hippo-levering capabilities.

No, but it sure was fun as hell to watch lol. During the SoloMid Series finals Voyboy had some clutch teleport+homeguard initiations from behind the enemy and they had no idea he was coming. Overall probably not great for the balance of the game though.

Tell that to teleport+homeguard Olaf haha. There were instances where it was abusable, also it's not like there isn't an over abundance of wards to teleport to these days.

Had a Syndra against me (Viktor) mid, she got handed two free kills when I got dived several times in a row by their WW (was a 5v4 so top and jungle didn't ward nor communicate). After that she'd QR me as soon as I got near her, with close to no AP and I'd almost die. She didn't need to kill, she could force me back just from this with how much ahead she got.
So I guess she can do pretty well... in the early/midgame, and against champ with short actual range (Viktor is, if you want to do anything else than poke). I also noticed that all of her spell animations take immediate effect, so you can't interrupt them with a cc (Gravity Field stunned her several times mid ult or W and the spells went through).

But people are always assholes picking Lux against mine. :<

If your mana bar could handle it, I could see her harass being nigh-unavoidable and annoying as shit, not to mention an AoE vision/slow cloud and a semi-Sona ult.
