It improves any heals applied to you. This means it improves heals that other people cast on you, but NOT heals you cast on other people.
When people said Raka's heals were not improved by Spirit Visage, they meant it doesn't improve your heals on other people (which really should be self-evident anyway).

Anyone notice bots are a hell of a lot harder to beat now? Had a game where the intermediate bots had the following items. Karthus bot had all 6 of his items at 33 minutes (except for maybe tier 3 boots). Most of them were full build by... oh, 36-38 minutes (which I realize is fairly normal, the items they get now make a huge difference though)
Karthus: Sorc Shoes (alacrity), Rylai's, Deathcap, Liandry's, Seraph's, Void Staff
Trundle: Merc Treads (alacrity), Warmogs, Frozen Mallet, Sunfire Cape, Iceborne Gauntlet, Atma's Impaler
Kayle: Zerkers (furor), Gunblade, Rageblade, Triforce, Bloodthirster, Shiv
Taric: Ionian boots (alacrity), crucible, Morello's, Shard of True Ice, Shuerlya's, Bulwark
Malphite: Tabi (alacrity), Warmogs, Sunfire, Iceborne Gauntlet, Randuin's, Atma's Impaler
There's no way in hell I could have beaten this team solo, I felt like we had a very real chance of losing (although it was 4 squishes and me as Jarvan). Trundle bot ults me and then Karthus bot blows me up in like 6 hits because I have almost no MR after his items. Then Trundle/Malph have like massive resists and ice fist so it's nearly impossible to get away from them once you engage and you sure can't kill them solo when they have mogs and so much armor. Even with a numbers advantage it was hard.

Zed is a good dueler but only with ult.
Jax deals damage constantly, he doesn't need his ult to do so. Even if Zed can beat him in 1v1 with ult Jax is way better while the ult is on cooldown.
It really isn't weird, Zed might be the best 1v1 at the moment.

They're still pretty simple to 1v5 you just need to constantly kill them. If you don't pick a champion that can do so from like lvl 2 on you'll be in trouble. They still are stupid and you can avoid fighting directly, though.

Well Zed at max level with a RWEQ combo will do -
(630+(2.8 bonus AD*1.25*1.5))+1.0 total AD
which comes out to
945+5.25bonus AD+1.0 total AD. Also autoattack damage hit for 50% more when deathmark procs.
He's both very ultimate dependant, and not particularly energy efficient, but while it's up he's definitely the best duelist in the game.
Needless to say, this is a lot of damage. Considering he can hit 300 AD fairly effortlessly simply due to his W, that's a retarded amount of damage.

people are overreacting hard, its only 350g cheaper and old warmog when stacked was alot better, yes top laners rush wamogs because armor/mr got nerfed and its only way to counter mass penetration/assassins relaying on burst

Ummm... I don't think people are overreacting. They're reacting, sure, but overreacting? Najin Shield had a Rumble go like boots -> Warmogs -> Sorc -> Liandry's and he was completely unkillable. There were 4 Warmogs that game (Rumble Noc Lee Jarvan or something, not sure about last 2). Giant's belt is so retarded right now and Warmogs just makes it worse.
