I don't know why Chinese don't stream their event on Twitch. Access to twitch is super stable in China. Instead they opted to stream on their own with some terrible quality.
Also, Chinese pros also don't know what twitch is and stream on YY or QT which has terrbile quality and need a stand-alone installation to work.

Both NA and EU lack this kind of league.
SEA and Taiwan has GPL. I dont see SWL as a weekly broadcasted league but China is gonna has tons of tourneys anyway.
