I want to try to improve, but I can't figure out what I need to do to get better. here's a link to a bunch of my recent replays: http://www54.zippyshare.com/v/40407973/file.html I just watched the first vlad game Boots homeguard rush (after guise) isn't that great of a build imo especially considering they were not at your inhib yet. I think it overvalues movement speed a bit too much. You didn't often poke the ziggs. You were always lower than him. To me that's a sign not to gank your lane. Your playstyle was very passive so Ziggs did roam. He didn't pick up anything interesting from it but if you faced him a hundred times I think he'd start having an advantage. In the end you won the game due to some good teamfights like the one top where singed initiated with Nunu's shureleya to kill ziggs really fast. Then you guys got a baron. You were never the cause of the winning play though you weren't the cause of the losing ones either. I think you had good focus and were generally safe given the info available. That dragon at the beginning was really risky. Also who the f keeps pinging everyone to b? Tell me that's not you. that was not me, lol. I don't ping anything more than a couple of times. thanks for the response. I'd agree with you that I am not a big playmaker, and tend to play very passively. I'm not really sure how I'd improve on that though. It doesn't help that I was originally expecting to go top as vlad, and so got kinda thrown out of my comfort zone.
I am a bit late to the party, but i think we should make this kind of thing an institution, maybe in a seperate thread. I would be interested in having people give me pointers when i come back to a computer on which i can actually play league. And maybe i can help some newer people in return.

why did some Cait players like to use E then Q instead of just using Q on opp's face? i am talking about laning where each party still have some distance between themselves.
|
Most of the time if is to dodge some skillshot from the support and if you instantly cast Q after E the opponent won't see the Q animation. Also it's kind of a flashy play and was part of several Doublelift highlight videos.
|
Makes it way harder to dodge because the opp gets slowed by E and doesn't see the animation.
You're also guaranteed to not take any damage since your e gets you out of there.

It's like you've all forgotten that e still does damage o.O

I never liked glacial malphite because when I first saw it I didn't know what champion it was for about five minutes.

Someone was asking when Chaox would play Viktor (was prob Soniv), it should be his first game when he starts streaming again.

So I'm a mid platinum level player, but my rl friend is barely able to hold onto his silver rank. He asked me to play so I figured why not and queued us up for a normal blind pick game. My friend instalocks jungle Lee Sin his favorite champion, the team instantly gets upset. So I try my best and fill in with whats needed. Then to make the hostile team even more frustrated they discover their jungler is a silver banner scrub. He tried his best but unfortunately for him, he didn't do very well. He begins to do his red, after having us assist him with his blue. Sure enough an ally has been slain floats across the screen. He got killed in a counter jungle by a person called Shakedrizzle, another lee sin player. The rest of our team rages at him, and decide its a hopeless game. Continuing to put forth our best effort to win the game, we still ended up losing. So this part explains the usual of why some players are toxic, lets get to the nice part. After the game, my buddy was a bit low and wanted to just log off. A few moments before he did, he received a friend invite from Shake. He offered him advice, said he played alright. Then the best part, Shake offered to spectate my buddies game and give him some free coaching. So instead of my buddy having a miserable day, Shake really turned it around for him. Lee remains his favorite champion and he bought his first skin. On behalf of the less hostile part of the community I would like to say thank you Shake. Oh btw he streams.... The only thing I see in all that scenario is that everything would have been entirely different if ShakeDrizzle would have been nice enough to let himself killed by your friend in the jungle.

And then proceed to gift him some legendary skins.

Thank you friend. Hopefully I manage to catch it. I just found out about Project M (Super Smash Bros. Brawl mod that makes it more like Melee), and I'm gonna be trying to get that running today cuz it looks BAUS.

Was that reddit post about Plumber, I thought he only played riven? Lol wtf when did he hit #4 on NA ladder. Good for him to get all those viewers tho, lucky guy, but he's chill. Also does anyone know why some names don't show up on riot's ladder? Like I can't find mine, GGod

So I was asking in LiquidPractice but I'm also playing atm so I figured I'd ask here.
Do we happen to have any High Elo AD Carry players that might be able to help me out?
|
I can help you out later, but i gotta leave for a tutoring session in like 20 minutes, tell me your summoner name and add me in game, GGod.

QUICK before Enten wins his next game, I am the king of LiquidParty, the conqueror of the west and the east, with the highest elo of ALL LP peoples. 2245 Elo, pretty strong. Just wanted to brag before Enten takes his crown back. :D
nvm Enten lost his game, gotta hold onto my crown for a few hours more :D

Riot should make you able to spectate people from chat rooms already.

Nautilus is great, I don't understand why he is not played more. His utility in team fight is outstanding and he is not terribly slow in the jungle.
|
He's even more abusable/counterable than Amumu early. Stays slows as fuck if he ganks before level 4, despite his good utility kit. One of the shittiest level 1 in the game.
