So I'm a mid platinum level player, but my rl friend is barely able to hold onto his silver rank. He asked me to play so I figured why not and queued us up for a normal blind pick game. My friend instalocks jungle Lee Sin his favorite champion, the team instantly gets upset. So I try my best and fill in with whats needed. Then to make the hostile team even more frustrated they discover their jungler is a silver banner scrub. He tried his best but unfortunately for him, he didn't do very well. He begins to do his red, after having us assist him with his blue. Sure enough an ally has been slain floats across the screen. He got killed in a counter jungle by a person called Shakedrizzle, another lee sin player. The rest of our team rages at him, and decide its a hopeless game. Continuing to put forth our best effort to win the game, we still ended up losing. So this part explains the usual of why some players are toxic, lets get to the nice part. After the game, my buddy was a bit low and wanted to just log off. A few moments before he did, he received a friend invite from Shake. He offered him advice, said he played alright. Then the best part, Shake offered to spectate my buddies game and give him some free coaching. So instead of my buddy having a miserable day, Shake really turned it around for him. Lee remains his favorite champion and he bought his first skin. On behalf of the less hostile part of the community I would like to say thank you Shake. Oh btw he streams....

Other than stun he doesn't even have a skillshot. E isn't fast enough to ever land on someone non retarded unless they decide to eat it while chasing or are stunned out. Not to hate on Veig but I would never put him anywhere near top of skill ceiling. I think thats putting an over-emphasis on skillshots though as the hardest part of a champion. I have to admit I don't know much about Veigar but as I understand it he has a pretty rough laning phase nowadays. Easily the hardest parts of laning (for me at least) is knowing how to trade in each matchup, knowing what would happen if the jungler appeared right now and who would win if my opponent and I just fought to the death right now and I imagine thats pretty tough for Veigar. He has to choose between farming and trading with Q, and W/E/R combo can't really trade, he has to all-in or nothing with no mobility to fall back on. Hardest champ in the game is still Sona by a long, long way but no-one will agree with me. ![]()

You're treating target selection/skill usage as the only "difficult" part of a champion, when it's more complex than that. Item selection, positioning, etc. are all important things that contribute to a hero's difficulty.

Edit: I know some people were questioning this since the press release specifically mentioned Link moving in but not Aphro.
