Their members have been on vacation and they haven't been able to adhere to a regular practice schedule. I think once Season 3 starts and they get back into the swing of things they still have the talent to be one of the best teams in the EU realm. Also to echo Yango, Froggen needs to stop taking Yellowpete's farm or he needs to play less late-game ADCs to compensate. Wickd = - his championpool is too damn small! (he got lucky that the banning phase is targeted on froggen) Snoopeh = said as one of the weakest junglers in the scene (this even chauster said) Yellowpete/Krepo = Krepo (zyra ----> first item hourglass,,,, that says alot) Yellowpete doesnt keep up with the other AD's (weixaoi and DL) atleast their synergy is keeping them up. And overall their play style as a team doesn't develop to compete with the other teams. Or aren't successful in it (esp aggressiveness) And yet they're still considered one of the best teams in the world. I'd say a lot of snoopeh's and yellowpetes problem stem from Froggens #1 farm position and selffish play; it works, but it comes at a cost when Froggen is playing something silly like Lee Sin mid. Krepo just isn't that good, he's a step behind a lot of supports. I agree. CLGEU's problem is that Froggen is way too dominating in the team. That guy's ego is a bit inflated right now. The problem with froggen is that he doesnt really carries his dominating to other lanes. He just sits back in his lanes and try to dominate more but i really think that he can grow in his roaming positional.

Also I don't think the first item hourglass on Zyra is really that much of a criticism. If you can get the gold building Zyra as a second AP carry is deadly, besides, he plays perfectly well on traditional supports with traditional builds. The Wickd criticism is valid but expanding a champion pool is much easier if the mechanical talent is there, which he has. I think Snoopeh is OK, just really inconsistent. Maybe they won't compete with the Korean/Chinese teams, but I have no reason to believe they still won't be a top EU team. I think they will end this season as 4-5th placed team. Or they are gonna attract some really good sub's. Rating on CLG.eu 1. Froggen 2. Yellowpete 3. Wickd 4. Krepo 5. Snoopeh
It's really hard to see how snoopeh stands up against other jungler's when he's one of the least selfish junglers. Sacrifice's a lot of xp and farm for his lanes to get ahead, so what ends up happening is he invariably feedsdies in fights due to being underlevel and behind on items. He is one of the better junglers at doing what he can with minimal farm, but you'll never see him carry unless fed for the same reason.

Chauster said he is very vulnerable when there are invades. He mostly never can restore when he falls behind.

Doesn't CLG.eu's playstyle make it worse since he can't even get farm in his own jungle?

General thoughts on http://clgaming.net/news/420-clg-in-2013? What do you like? How do you feel about eu leaving? Did you actually say that? Expectations for link/aphro`? etc.-nothing really i knew of everything so its nothing new i just want to see our goddamn documentary; eu leaving is something i dont like because i felt like clg.eu didnt appreciate us and took us for granted. clg picked up eu from the GROUND because hs believed in them. clg.eu finally reciprocated and they respond via this. i understand the business side to an extent and it would be completely different if the progression was handled differently and amicably than it was but i cant say it did
From Chauster AMA thread. Seems pretty salty about the situation, but I can def see why if you look at it from his POV.

ABove that question there was more info:
-clg gave clg.eu a great chance to play on an established LoL organization by investing in a no name team. clg.eu reciprocates in a few months and does well. clg.eu want more and more. clg obliges. eventually outside offers are too great

I just wanna share my feelings about this of subforum, coming from Reddit as my former primary news scource for LoL. Have benn a daily visitor of TL SC2 forums, but I've only been reading so far (im shy as fuck <.<)
I have been lurking this GD thread from page ~90 and I've already learned more about the game and have read more interesting debates than in more than 4 months of r/LoL. This is a great subforum and I wanna thank you all :>. I gotta say I love this kind of small forums with only a few contributers who know each other kinda well and dont "cirklerjerk" around like the people in all those ~1000 comment threads on Reddit (oh did I mention how much I hate this upvote system they have on reddit? It's so counterproductive and just generally bad for having a discussion IMO) I've only recently picked up LoL (~4 months ago), had a level 12 account back then, as I was primarily playing SC2 beforehand, so this time has been pretty exciting and fun for me ^.^, constantly learning and improving (I'm ~1,3k ELO <.<)
so yeah, thanks and I hope that mouz picks up CLG.EU ^^

I can understand where chauster is coming from, hotshot gave a them a chance and thanks to clg they got the huge opportunities like korea, china and all those LAN's they attended. But obviously if another organisation lays huge bucks on the table to aquire your team, you'll take that. Even Krepo has said recently that he only plans to play maybe 1 more year and that the younger players will naturally surpass them, might as well earn as much money as possible. In a young scene like this there is no such thing as "loyalty" yet, like in Huk's case everyone knew he loved Liquid more but EG offered life changing money.
Try to buy Xavi & Iniesta from FC Barcelona or Hasuobs from Mouzsports though, those guys will stick to their organisations even if someone offered sth better.

Don't let us fool you, we "antijerk" just as hard as reddit circlejerk when we don't like what you're saying since we tend to hivemind a lot in this subforum. Example: Shikyo and PrinceXizor. You'll be safe as long as you don't stray too far from the norm... Otherwise, glad you're enjoying your stay here.
Also, reddit has its purposes (finding news) but it's not really all that useful for proper discussion because of the voting system and how certain topics will always/never reach the top. Most of the news we see here were found over there first.

I realized a while ago that Reddit is actually great if you pretend the comment section doesn't exist.

tisn't. articles are subject to all the same pressures comments are. Good summary here. http://www.reddit.com/r/circlebroke/comments/vqy9y/dear_circlebrokers_what_changes_would_you_make_to/c56x55f
Essentially if you want any quality content at all you have to filter out any popular subreddits because the selection mechanism turns them into garbage. It takes all the problems that were discussed earlier and multiplies the effect.
I've got it down to like... askscience, math, horsemask, and depthhub and it's tolerable.

Maybe, but forgive me if i mention that Xavi and iniesta are getting a metric ton of money from their teams as well. It's easy to be loyal if the "new" offers are maybe 10% more, if the choice is double your money for example the call will be much harder.
Frankly it depends on their new offer, but I've always been a fan of clg.eu far more than clg.us, so I might be slightly biased here
