The way he uses his spells means Tear isnt a good option either. RoA still core on him imo. Maybe trying Torment after RoA/Chalice. I am currently trying Sapphire Crystal -> Tear -> Boots -> Liandry's. It sucks. I am probably going to back to RoA first, then get maybe Tear/Chalice/Spirit Visage. | ||

Since you unload all your spells at once trying to charge a tear is really awkward too | ||

Actually, if you are having problems filling Tear on anyone with an active use mana ability, then you simply aren't being clever about it. Whenever you go back to shop immediately trigger your active use mana skill (Swain Ult, Anivia Ult, Singed poison) continue shopping as normal and turn off the move when you leave fountain. This dramatically helps fill tear. | ||
