It feels almost like my champs have a dota-esque turn speed or something. My latency is fine but everything feels somewhat delayed. Idk what's causing it, but I can't stand this patch

I think in our modern age technology has evolved to become more addictive. The things that don't give us pleasure aren't used as much. Work was never meant to be fun, but doing it makes us happier in the long run.

I feel like the duration on Oracle's should have been accompanied by a cost decrease. Keeping the same price tag makes it harder to justify.

Diana's jungle hasn't changed at all. Since you get 5 pots instead of 3, I still come out and gank at 4 with similar HP to what I had in season 2 jungle.

I'm really liking Iceborn Gauntlet on her. Makes her far less dependent on using her E in teamfights and frees the E up to cancel channels when needed. Out of the spirit stone items, I am favoring the golem over wraiths because it allows her to build Sorceror's boots without losing out on Tenacity. And with the change in Pen, it's great to have more HP.

I could see the wraiths spirit stone upgrade being really good on Fiddlesticks jungle though.
Abstracts, the too long didn't read of the educated world.

play all ward dodging characters. Anyones LoL client crashing on startup of a game. close to 100% of the time? takes me 3-5 tries to get into a game.

Ya but it doesn't account for the mids relying on a big pool rather than a big regen (Anivia, Swain, Ryze most notably). Well those can still start tear I guess, off of Faerie, but Swain doesn't like it either because he can't charge it for the life of him.

I feel like de-warding on the whole got disincentivized. Oracle's got hit really hard which makes it awkward to invest in for de-warding (particularly as Sightstone wards give less gold), and the problem is that Sightstone ALSO hurts your ability to use Pink Wards to de-ward, because a) the opponent doesn't actually lose gold from losing Sightstone wards, and b) if you de-ward a Sightstone ward, the enemy laner can just place two additional Sightstone wards that have less individual coverage, but that together still cover the same area that the ward you de-warded did. You can't continue the process of de-warding these because investing 125 gold to remove two individually low-value wards isn't a worthwhile investment, and at the point where you've spent 375 gold de-warding 3 wards that he placed for free, the gold deficit starts to look pretty signfiicant.

This leads to the possibility for very stagnant gameplay if de-warding isn't worth the cost. A possible approach to handling this is to disjoin the vision aspect of pink wards from the detection aspect a la DotA--where you can buy a pink ward that ONLY detects, but doesn't grant vision on its own for 75 gold. This somewhat addresses the issue of disincentivizing de-warding low-value wards because you're not paying for the vision aspect of the pink ward when you don't need it.

It actually means mids can (and probably should) stay to do more damage than before because giving more than 1 spell+1 auto doesn't cause the camp to un-leash.

Anyone been running 21 utility on jungles if it works on them? I got it to work on Maokai and Diana, and it seems to be the best for the extra gold and move speed. Or how is everyone doing it?

You should stick around until Blue or Red is around half. I know, it makes you miss out on farm, but there are plenty of junglers that can really benefit from not losing 2/3rds of their health to the first buff monster.

Can someone explain the BoRK to me? Is the life steal 2% of the current health or half of the total damage dealt? And it looks like it scales only with AD, so why is Teemo a good user?

Probably it's just that the game changed and it's probably going to become standard to place more wards on the map. If it is as good as you say, then you can just mimic that strategy and then things should be even again.
From my personal experience+theorycraft I would say that placing more wards IS going to become standard.

I have noticed some odd things on the new patch that just feel off to me. I have been missing some last hits on creeps because I will click on the wrong one (which could just be me being bad, but it seems to happen more now than before), and my character seems a little less responsive. The biggest one for me is the shop. There is around a half a second (or so) more delay from when I push the button to when it opens since the patch, and it is really bothering me. Anyone else notice this, or am I just imagining things?
