Shouldn't you turn it off immediately. Waste less time sitting in fountain? And it'll still take 20 minutes that way to fill it up.

First off, singed almost constantly has his poison on in lane so he should fill his fastest. Second, Anivia and Swain make fairly frequent usage of their ults in teamfights and laning, which also helps it fill up. The point of the suggestion is so that every time you are shopping you are getting between 5-20 ticks on tear when you normally would just be shopping.

Did anyone see nyjacky's stream??? O.o, Nocturne just glitched through a wall. He used his ulti, then, at the end of the ulti, he had his fear leash on GP, GP flashes wall, nocturne just follows him through wall. O.o

it's a graphical glitch. it's happened to me a bunch of times. he actually went around or flashed through but the viewer had a skip in internet which causes the graphics to take the shortest route.

Bottle + faerie charm + 2 pots + barrier/flash summoners as mid feels super strong and super safe.

No, it acts like normal potion healing (it takes 10 seconds for the heal to take full effect so it would be rather prohibitve if it broke on damage.

It triggers every 2 seconds if you have ult running. Though I am not sure if you can cause the other tick to trigger at the same time by using other spells, since I am using the shopping method.

Reminds me that Swain goes through his manapool faster than the fountain can replenish it quite early.
Also, according to the ingame tooltip it only triggers once every 3 seconds. If you want 2 ticks from Swain's ult, it's 130 mana at level 6 (25 + 30 + 35 + 40). That's a lot. It's also ~8s without your dominating tool if you use it too liberaly (like Ryze or LB using their W to get a last hit: it's on cd? Jump them.). Anivia can trigger tear twice with her Q, her ult is arguably more expensive than Swain's but she gets a proc by turning it off so she doesn't have to wait, etc.
Actually Anivia may not be able to benefit from tear as much as before since the 3s cd should prevent her from using her Q and R to get 2 procs per spell. Which can only be a good thing in my book. Fucking bird.

Well after you get homeguard boots that becomes a non-issue as fountain will insta-fill your mana. I know it doesn't help much early on but if you are sitting at 475 gold after getting your Sorceror's boots, it's something to consider.

Ok, so has Syndra always been able to pick up a blue buff golem and bring it across the damn river to the other side of the map? I just saw this yesterday and it blew my frickin mind (I at first thought it was a new patch-related bug) - I'm walking along and all of a sudden I see a blue buff golem walking in the river (on its way back to its starting point). Then the enemy Syndra says "damnit I wanted to throw blue buff at someone". hahaha All I could say was WTF
