However, if you're using it at the start of a teamfight as someone lays down an AoE stun/slow (Hec, Amumu, Malph initiate or Anivia ult), it'll start off the fight with decent damage. | ||

Also closed the client (just killed the "client" process) and it didn't show up after the game. Is it really how it's supposed to work to save memory? It's annoying to miss all the post-game stuff. | ||

They didn't have DoTs of any kind (except when Rammus had a red buff, but Jax was always getting the kills) but when I ulted they always killed me. Now that's stuff that happens, but everytime the final hit was given while I was mid-flight (ult after their cc wore out) and I landed where I casted it, with the full cooldown on the ult. Aren't you supposed to be "off-map", or at least untargetable from you starting point, once you take off during Mandrop? From what I remember dying while you ult also cancelled it, which meant you had the 10s cooldown rather than the full one. I don't recall any patch notes mentioning a change though, is it my memory or was it stealth-nerfed? Another point is that you can't "consume" the flask when there's an active potion (and the opposite probably holds true). I mean it doesn't queue up the flask the way it does when you consume 2 charges, or 2 pots. Clicking it doesn't do anything actually. I thought it was a bug initially but it's probably so you can still stack hp and mana pot, but not a pot+flask to have a burst of healing, and the mixed restoration nature of the flask prevented it from being added as a "stack" like similar pots do. I died to bring you this information. ![]() And dblades obnoxious for early trading. I destroyed Jax, died stupidly at level 1 (he boots+3, me sword+2, he fought, I thought I clicked a pot but didn't, so I died first and he leveled-up, saving him from ignite) but still managed to trash him (he had to back beforre he could empty his flask usually) but as soon as he had all three skills he'd just try to stun me and get a prolonged trade. Since he had 2 dblades to my brutalizer, the difference in sustain (10 flat HP per hit) and the lack of %lifesteal in the offense tree made quite a huge difference. I was just dicking around anyway but I'll make sure to get some dblades early on from now on, even if I get fed, when I play an aggressive physical top. That sustain's too huge to pass up in the early levels. | ||

Right, his point was if you want damage and sustain, Vamp Scepter can do that while not being a dead end like Doran's. I'd have to look at the new Lifesteal numbers to see what's better for lane sustain, but I plan on having a flat Vamp on most characters who are building something out of it, | ||

Though I think 1 Dorans will be standard rather than 2, now that you can get that extra bit of AD on Vamp, unless you really, really want lane dominance. | ||
