Additionally, he only has a 2 second stun (which usually gets applied before all the damage) making liandry's passive work @ 5% only (did I mention liandry's passive doesn't scale at all with veigar's massive ap). What's wrong with this picture? It takes someone with maybe middle school intelligence (still higher than 50% of league players) to figure out that liandry's is terrible, especially on veigar | ||

Sure, Veigar is made for one-shot people, but if he gets one-shot first he is useless. | ||
