Once laning is over the AD carry on the enemy team will probably have BT+zeal while you're running vamp+IE and doing way less team fight damage. The cost increase to 800 gold plus Dblade stacking being not as optimal makes IE rush have risks. If you want to IE rush you're gonna have a window where you deal significantly less DPS than the opposing AD or you're gonna have to get through lane phase without much sustain. There's probably ways around this though like running sustain-y supports such as Soraka, Sona, or Alistar. Or having a team that's willing to let you farm up zeal. Or just buying pots every back. But pretty much anytime you get vamp in lane phase I would probably delay IE until after BT+PD personally. | ||

She can't engage either, or not too reliably, as in if she misses her Q she loses both her peeling cc and her best trading tool and you can abuse it, the same way a burst lane can abuse Soraka's W cooldown. Tho with supports taking boots later I wonder if it isn't better for her, as they'll have a harder time dodging it. Poking wise, isn't Sona stronger than her? Not sure how their ranges compare, especially the "champion prioritization" of Sona's Q. I'm wondering how she'd do with Caitlyn or Varus, casting E on them to abuse their range for the slow, and then following from there (Varus' E -> Nami's Q -> Varus' Q, or Nami's Q -> Cait's W/Q). | ||
