Lead designer was Coronach, which honestly explains a lot (he's headed some of the weirder kits like Leblanc).
Spider bomb is actually really good poke, it's decently fast and homes in. I guess Qs hardly scale except with your opponent anyway. But outside her stun all she brings is a little damage which isn't that good for support.

She absolutely can. Also, Rappel gives full vision in her circle, so if you need to escape, you can Rappel and jump to jungle creeps.

Wow, I found the French voice-acting better than the original one. That's quite the rare thing. ôo Well I guess the English voice fits Elise better as it's more seducive and "sweet" in tone, but the French one goes a lot better with the speech as it's more ominous, more menacing. I'm gonna try Spanish and German now.

NicegameTV just announced a new league that will possible grant circuit points for Season3.
It starts in the Gold League(Blue) -> Platinum League (red) -> Diamond League(green)
Gold league:
16 Teams(1 foreign team invitee) compete in a best of 3
Platinum League:
modified best of 3 single tournament 2 turn(whatever this means) in 2 weeks 4 broadcasts
if there is a tie the match will be decided through a deathmatch
the winner of gold league and the losers from the Winter Season round of 12 will participate
Diamond League:
round of 8
- modified best of 3 single tournament 2 turn(whatever this means) in 2 weeks 4 broadcasts
- if there is a tie the match will be decided through a deathmatch
round of 4
- modified best of 5 single tournament(in 1 week 2 broadcasts)
- 3rd/4th match will be best of 5 (in 1 week 2 broadcasts)
- the 4 best teams will advance and 4 team from the round of 8 from the Winter Season will join them

They aren't showing up in the store w/ the limited Availability filter. But they will indeed be taken out of the store in November.
