he is right. LoL is free and if you go to a pcbang you can play every champion and get an ip boost. In addition LoL is extremely casual with ARAM, custom games etc.

Logging in atm after applying the new patch. Seems like the EULA and TOU has been changed. Any information if the changes are significant? I'm kinda too lazy to read it and understand the actual content and its consequences.

They make you agree to a new TOS every patch but I would like to know if they change everything of it is just a legal thing.

Not really. They make you agree every patch but it hasnt been updated since last year imo.

Elise's numbers look pretty good and she seems pretty flexible in what roles she can play. She seems to have a fast clear AND decent ganks. But she defintely seems the sort of champion that can turn out to really powerful at release and get nerfed to oblivion so im not sure if i should pick her up yet. And i still dont have diana/rengar. What do?

Either wait 1-2 days, see if she is good and collect freewins for a month, or wait a month to see if she gets nerfed/buffed. Usually the strength of the champion changes a lot during the first month or so.
