Very much agree. I am really hoping some unknown high elo guys who actually want to take pro LoL seriously emerge from the ladder and displace the well known teams. A longshot i know but i can dream.
I rip on the NA scene constantly but i really do want a team i can cheer for. I am just sick of the same cast of teams trading mediocre players back and forth and switching roles when the real problem is that none of them actually work hard to improve.

The one thing to worry about here is that Riot doesn't have any systems in place to handle win trading or other similar scumbaggery.
Wasn't an issue before because nobody really cared, but now that being top 32 means something, they're going to need to handle it somehow.

Are we totally sure it's entirely a nerf? I don't know the answer on top of my head, but (base + AD) * 0.65 allows you to regain the same amount of mana regardless of the resistance on your target.

It's a nerf because it now makes lich bane and sheen worse, unless I'm horribly missing something. :|

I know this part, but what about the early game? Like I said I don't know the answer (because I don't play TF and I don't really care), but I am not 100% sure it's a straight nerf.

I run Boots3->2xdblade->zerks->bt->pd->LW->GA or QSS->IE or PD(only 2nd PD if I need more mobility for some reason).
Tends to work out fairly well. If I see a Vayne run zeal/pd early I just punish them and avoid trading for too long so the true damage doesn't add up.

lack of IE doesn't matter if you have PD + BT. DPS is insane with that true damage

the surge in popularity of vayne pisses me off more than ezreal. at least there wasn't a really good counterpick for ezreal. against vayne i'm always like, silly teammates y u no counter her with karthus

Just played a game where the client glitched out and I couldn't trade picks with my duo partner this ever happen to anyone else?
funny side is, I got stuck with ADC which I haven't played since lvl 20 (sooo 200+ games?) and got absolutely rolled haha
