One good example I can already think of...Team gets a team into the top 5. makes another team and does the same thing.... they will have to make each player be on a limit of one ranked team. another...teams making deals to bump up theirs in the ladders if they run into eachother, and trying their best to stop other teams from getting into the 32. etc | ||

I am just saying that it is currently known to be horrible and abusive, and Riot is counting on this announcement to inject enough incentive to make the queue time bearable. Thus a gamble. A lot of things could go wrong; for example the queue time might be too long that high ranked team will never find a game, which results in all sorts of ladder abuse, etc. | ||
