it's a pretty good build, i find that the youmus active really helps when you're in 1v1 situations and you need the autoattack
but I also got pretty fed at the beginning (my build was 2 dorans, brutalizer, BT, youmus, GA, LW, then was gonna go maw; if i werent that fed i would probably have got GA before youmus and maybe LW first, and at that point maybe it wouldnt have been worth it, but i really like it on him so far)
dandinh is jungling him right now, taking E as his first evolution point. it makes a lot of sense since hes jungling

I could see it being an interesting choice in poke comps, but you'd probably not choose Kha in poke comps as it is. Decent chasing tool, I suppose.

It's the best evolution for teamfights by FAR. Q evolution is practically useless for teamfights.

Strong is relative. Q is a boost to your main damage source nuke and increases your range to make it easier to auto attack. E helps you get in and out really easily and makes cleaning up and killing in teamfights easy. R gives you tankiness, damage, and mobility.
So while Evolved W is really fucking strong compared to Regular W, it's not a "no brainer" to consider it heads and tails above the rest. I think it's about the same level as evolving R, but E and Q seem too necessary.

I don't get it. My internet is fine by apparently my connection to riot servers blow because I just disconnected and when I try to rejoin the game it says "blah blah blah cannot find connection to game cause Riot fucking blows"

E is definitely the best skill to evolve. The jump is fucking ridiculous range and being able to get out of fights without ulti which relies on no oracle is really good, too.
I upgrade Q mainly because it does a lot more damage and it makes you better against kiters, or people who simply run away from you, which is kinda your weakness. You may argue that you can evolve W instead and slow them, but IMO the bigger problem comes in teamfights after your slow stack is already over. I'll try evolving W before Q for now, but I think I'd really prefer more damage on a single target (you're an assassin, your job is to kill someone, get out, and get back in; taking Q means you have more single target damage)
