I like that they want to buff Cait. I think they need buff on Q in late game, in lane it was working fine. If Q gets too much buff early on, her already strong lane dominance will be stupid good. | ||

CITE YOUR SOURCE OR GO INTO POLITICS. I had a like 1500 word rant on this the other day that basically comes out to any method they used for determining this is almost guaranteed to be biased such that respondents aren't going to say they're going for IP. | ||

I like the maokai fix but i wish they'd fix a slew of other bugs. There were a lot of invisible skillshots added because of the last patch, I've seen invisible boomerangs, invisible lux skills, ezreal ultis moving in reverse and also, skillshots out of bushes seem to remain invisible for a lot longer than they used to. Rengar got enough QoL changes that building him as a bruiser might become viable. Coupled with ulti, he'll be a tankier version of shaco with more farm and the ramifications of that are pretty bad overall for game balance. edit:: thinking about it, the MF change is pretty big. She's even stronger in lane than she was before and her mobility in the midgame is insane. She might be one of the few carries that can be seen bottom at 25 minutes and not-incite a baron attempt. | ||

So if a person hit punish/pardon right when the timer let them they'd be flagged for wanting IP, while people who took their time would be flagged as "not wanting IP"? That's the only way I could see it, because I doubt many people would say no to IP for spending time cleaning up the game. | ||

However, I examine cases. I do it during downtime on my laptop when I can't play. Honestly, its fairly easy for me because I adopted some rules: 1. 1 game of reports + fewer than 3 in that game = pardon. I don't care what went on in a single game, if only 2 people were offended, you get off. I dont care how badly those 2 people were offended. 2. If reports are for feeding/assisting enemy team, and player's KDR isn't terrible > Pardon. 3. If for AFK, and AFK confirmed by stats > Punish. 4. Language related offenses = read chat. | ||
