And you have another slow with W. Prohibitively high mana costs hurt her even more as a support than as an AP though, since she can't get blue buff and has to wait a long time before she has the money to itemize for the issue.

Once people started abusing AP Rengar he obviously started winning more but I doubt AD Rengar w/l has improved too much. Maybe the secret to Syndra is building her AD. edit: Actually I shouldn't say trash because I've seen some Rengar's so well and apparently Diamonprox has been crushing with it? Maybe he should be tested more, dunno. I do think that the reason for Rengar's increased wins is the AP aspect. The only AD Rengar that I've seen that is good is sipherdidus on NA. He plays Rengar AD top (W max) and has a pretty good winrate with it.

I played really safe since I knew we'd win team fights later on. Trying to understand matchups better =/. Thanks. Graves vs vayne is one of the more bearable matchups for vayne. Vayne also has a good time vs blitz if you've got fast reactions cause you can tumble away from any grab, and taric being very sturdy lower's blitz's effectiveness. It's not a lane you necessarily want to be going all in on, but you shouldn't be losing in cs outside of the fact that's just easier to cs as graves than vayne. You've got sustain and they don't, and as long as blitz can't grab anything, vayne taric has the advantage. EDIT: grammar

And I was super depressed when I died to Karthus there. In my mind I was like "omg this is going to be perfect for a montage." I shouldn't have died. I looked at my mana bar while in cougar and assumed I was short of mana for spear so I ran around in cougar form making sure to dodge all land wastes but when I swithced to human I realized I had more than enough mana for a spear but he had a nice flash dodge on it there. I got outplayed gggggggg.

Excelent poke with a global ulti that makes racking up assists easy as hell. It helps that you actualyl do damage too. Everytime my adc dies in a full on confrontation I usually rack up the double kill anyways. It helps that you can get avarice blade too. I go 0-21-9 with focus on MS in both trees which makes his poke even better.

OK here's another problem with Syndra - a lot of people do not know how she works. During this baron fight, my team arrived early and started on it already, knowing there will be a contest, I maintained 3 orbs near the entrance so I can E to counterinitiate. Then this retarded Jayce on my team chose to charge into the other team, ignoring my set ups, which made it very difficult for me to play it out. Her teamfighting is so tricky. I often had to position myself not only safely but also in good angles to be effective. When my teammates do not have the slightest clue as to how my kit works it's very frustrating. I find that parley has a lower CD and lower mana cost than iceball so you can poke way more often. He synergies with the current meta of ad carries pretty well too that can snowball early on because he himself can bring more damage to the fight with lower CD and a passive that does damage. I find that nunu kinda just places too much responsibility on how good the adc is as well. I've found he works well with lesser ad carries like twitch and ashe as well.

Except the slow is minimal, no AS debuff, and the damage is physical.

IMO, the support position has very very little flexibility; essentially, whenever I see myself matched against a non-standard support, I chuckle at the free win coming my way. Basically, any support that doesn't have very good damage potential, or very strong sustain is an easy win for any of the standard support combos. How will your support GP deal with an Ezrael Sona lane? You have no way to protect your AD from damage, except for your gun; Sona+Ez's burst will do a lot more than your unfarmed Q will be able to do. The same holds true for a Taric Sivir lane, a Leona Corki lane, etc etc I guess the thing with supports is that it's quite easy to say "why ever use X, Y is better in all ways".
