Was a normal with gandhi, crouton, monte, and a random, so that certainly helped. Was going W>E>Q, and I actually felt decently strong. I'm starting to get a hang of E stun.
Wowow play with a random instead of playing with me. Could you hurt my feelings any more

Also, I'm seeing a TF proc cd timer on the item bar in the spectator client. That's pretty cool
You should see the same thing ingame by now. I know for a fact it's been implemented on EUW already, not sure for other servers but I'd assume it's the same.
I haven't built a triforce yet since Syndra patch
Been jungling and supporting mostly, top always gets snagged first if I'm not fp for some reason. And I really only build TF on Irelia. Don't play too much Corki/Ez so no TF there either.
Jungle Pony, buy TF with nothing but boots and maybe Philo.

Oh in that case, get Sheen early for more damages, it has the CD indicator as well. Sheen/TF should be the only offensive item you need on him other than maybe Wit's (again really only if mid or AP bruiser gets out of hand). Skarner with Sheen is a monster mid game.

Nice idea but not practical.
Not so much the daily part - this could be run biweekly for smoother tournies. IMO, it could just be a specific queue you enter in with one of your ranked 5s teams, and everyone would start at 1k ELO. You'd queue and play games during the week, raising your team's ELO for that tournament.
After a one week first phase, the next phase would consist of the top ten teams for each "ELO Bracket" facing each other in a BO3 bracket-type format to make it to the finals. The top three teams could receive some reward, such as IP or an IP-Boost/Rune page (obviously higher brackets would be higher rewards - for example, platinum bracket would receive a free skin code, or a considerable amount of IP/RP). This would give incentive for teams to not smurf, and actually play at their proper ELO brackets (these could be determined by solo queue rating, or a two week "trial phase" before the actual tournies start, or just having different "sub-tourneys" that the teams could buy in to. For example, I could pay more IP or RP to buy into a gold or platinum level tourney to try and reap higher rewards, but obviously it'd be a lot harder). The platinum finals game could be casted by two community casters or RIot casters.
Overall, I think this would definitely encourage competitive play and an incentive to make a ranked team and participate.
can't say I like this structure. several problems immediately occur to me and I'm sure there are many more lurking beneath the surface.
1) Resetting elo every tournament sounds like a nightmare. Monday night, time to scramble back to your rating!
2) Balancing rewards between brackets. Exactly how much do you need to remove from a pool to disincentivize smurfing? Aren't bronze players going to feel worthless and lame playing for 5 ip? If a prize isn't worth a pubstar's time when he can basically win it while fapping to vids on his second monitor it's not worth a bronze player struggling and putting his heart into it to win it.
3) Very non-participatory. 10 teams per bracket, nobody else gets to play.
4) Then all those people have to show up at a specific time and bend their schedule around it, which quite a few won't. We already have tournaments like this, the whole point of having a tournament be automated as opposed to human run is to make it easy to access at any time and not a long term commitment.
5) Who gets the prizes? The people who play in the tournament games? So if you ladder up with your team to qualify but don't play you don't get anything? If the opposite is true, sell spots on team, it'll be like they're buying a sinecure.
The best way I think would be to do the exact same thing as modo, run constant pay to enter 8 mans that fire as soon as you have four teams, with varying payout levels so the queues self sort according to seriousness. You simply cannot run a system where people are rewarded for doing worse as when you take the top people from elo brackets.
If anyone has time to check out my runepages and point out a set I don't have together yet I'd really appreciate it. 17 pages and 1 of them isn't being used. SoulSever (NA)

Seemed obvious to me, lower level Q means that you don't pay as much mana to poke or setup your ult. W first is a nobrainer to me, too. I maxed Q over E but if you build some cdr I can see the merit of levels 8-13 when you can setup stuns for a lower cost, and more often. Hopefully by 18 you'll have sorted out your mana issues.
So with Ezreal being super popular and people on reddit demanding Ezreal nerfs my question for TL is why has Urgot now become never played? I realize he got nerfed but Urgot takes a massive shit on Ez and I doubt his nerfs were so significant to warrant no one ever playing him ever. Also, why hasn't this community picked up Caitlyn and/or Sivir who both can win or go even with Ezreal in lane?
I feel like AD carry since I've started playing this game is a massive cycle of one or two AD carries being way more popular than the rest until Riot nerfs them and gives rise to a new one or two AD carries who become really popular. Off the top of my head I'm pretty sure it went something like Ashe/Corki -> Vayne -> Caitlyn -> Kog'Maw -> Graves -> Sivir (for like two weeks until nerfs) -> Urgot -> Ezreal. And I'm pretty certain that when Riot inevitably nerfs Ezreal we'll end up with Corki or some other AD carry being the new fotm that everyone spams games as. I just wish Riot would look at AD carry and realize, "we're really shit at balancing this role."

Right now you get the same skins for solo and 5s right? Wouldn't adding a different set for 5s be ez pz step 1?
they nerfed Ez in all the wrong ways, while they hit Corki and Graves in (sort of) the right spot. Even when you watched the patch preview video you could tell from the narrative they had no clue why W max had suddenly brought a champ that was unpopular to such prominence.
That said I still think Reddit is vastly oblivious to how balanced the AD carries are, I once read a post on reddit wanting to nerf boots 3 open "because everyone does it" the reality is there will always be a form Optimal way to play and a great deal of players will (blindly) follow suit, it's these sorts of not letting the meta play out that bring on things like Atma's nerf and the Urgot nerf.

Sounds good enough to me. They should do something though.

Yeah, and the reason Cait/Sivir/Urgot win lane against Ez is because they don't really give a shit about his W debuff (alright, Cait kind of does but she can avoid it and has better harass than Ez). I'm fine with them nerfing his W's debuff I guess but I don't think it's necessary because it does have counter play. The counter play just happens to be playing different AD carries who have ways to avoid the debuff or who don't even care about it (like Urgot).
I really wish we had more patches like the last one where they don't balance anything. They should consider doing that for like three months and then examine how much or how little the game has changed with them not doing anything.

Corki and Graves remained popular despite all the nerfs and Ezreal has been sleeper op since June. I doubt a champ like Cait will be popular even if you nerf the big 3. I'd say the biggest reason why she, kog and other non-kill lane AD fell off was because on all the nerfs of defensive supports like Janna, Sona, Soraka and Lulu.
