Hatperson is awful. is hatperson the fat one? Yes Ok. I didn't think his game analysis was very good but I don't dislike him. To be honest english casting has gotten so much better recently. The only element I find english casters are consistently lacking in is humor. They try but it's often not very good. The worst offender is studio. I like his casting until he tries to crack a joke, then it's pretty painful - he should just leave color and humor (does color include humor? no idea) to his partner.

Assuming you feed the jungle, he can have a huge impact on every lane. Yeah, the kill in lane is really nice, but assist gold, creep waves, and exp advantage are already fairly helpful. I just think about the times I'm a jungler and start off a match like 3/1/0 instead of 0/1/3 and how much I can start diving opponents at their turret and snowballing stuff around the whole map. In top lane, you always want the laner to get the kill since if the laner gets ahead, he can actively deny the other laner, even without your intervention. An example would be you your toplaner fb and recall since he got low. Your top laner grabs a dorans blade + ward and heads to lane while his opponent buys another pot and heads to lane. Your top laner now has more health, damage and safety than the other top laner. Small differences are greatly amplified toplane. Midlane, it doesn't matter too much since in most matchups, one death doesn't snowball the lane hard enough either way to deny the other person immediately. Take the kill if you can, especially since mid has the most potential burst available of all the lanes. Bottom lane, it's hard to gank anyways so if you can get a kill, take it. Essentially, the reason you want the kills on the laners is that if they get ahead, they can start denying their lane opponent harder than you can. Although getting fed to 3/1/0 after say 6 minutes as jungle is nice, having 2/0/0 on your top laner is FAR better. They can generally take that advantage and make toplane almost impossible for their lane opponent..

While it's not a rule, certainly many matchups do snowball pretty hard/fast with a kill.

Or you could get real items like a BF Sword and just win lane harder while actually doing something useful instead of having dead items. Sure if it's a farm lane GP10 makes you richer by a little bit. Or you could just actually have a powerful item that lets you win any skirmish bot lane that means the other guy can never get close to the creep wave. And then you're farmed and he's not instead of both being farmed.
