Also they got a lot of assists on those fights, that's gonna give some gold.

Diana also can actually poke and clear entire waves from a distance, and gets 100 more range on her dash. Akali can bounce around a bit more, but honestly 90% of the time you are just trying to allin on someone, and diana is just better at it. Just her waveclear makes Diana so much safer than Akali, you can always just sit back and toss out Q's all day long and just farm while scaling great.

Not quite. Think of this like a kill lane with Leona. How does it function? Kill the other guy when they do something stupid. Except here Jayce is ranged instead of melee so he has poke harass to zone and control the lane. Instead of CC and passive procs, he uses poke damage to make it so they never want to fight, while having Hammer-form knockback to reset fights. Dunno if it's fully viable. But it's interesting and warrants further thought. It's sort of like DotA supports in some ways. Damn, I really like Azubu.

Take their "Low Econ" games I talked about for the MLG Summer Arena. Low Econ games allow one team to start a snowball and make the snowball more meaningful because each point of gold has become more scarce and the other teams is more disadvantaged trying to fight before key items are completed. It's something that happens at Low Elo, but because of player skill more than anything else. Azubu took that idea and found a way to reliably create that scenario in competitive play. Perhaps I am giving them too much credit, but it's the ability to do things like that and think outside the box that really makes me like them. Knowing the Koreans in Starcraft, I'm pretty sure this is all pre-planned and theorycrafted and not something made up on the spur of the moment.

Also Illusion on Cho getting juked all day (or is he really bad without Jarvan to setup his skillshots?).

Helios was very impressive at the MLG Summer Arena by always being where he needed to be at the right times. (Remember his Carry Meowkai?) He's really the MVP on his team I feel. Gives so much control to his lanes.

Long story short, Helios always seemed to be in the right positions at the right times to gank, counter-gank and clean up the remains of ganks. Azubu team communication is really, really smooth.

Also, I am liking the non-standard aggressive supports more and more. Blitz, Fiddle, Jayce. Sheesh. Welcome to League of DotA I guess.
