I think only moonbear would know the specfics of how the new q works. I'm guessing you're either put at the front like how people relogging to rejoin a game is, or it's reset cause riot is good at making up bad systems.
And good time for MBR? If the enemy stacks almost only health and no MR. And it's still only really useful on bruisers, not ranged AD's who would be better off with PD for AS due to their IE. It's just so expensive and situational that there are a lot better options. At this point bruiser on hit teemo is the only champ i'd actually buy it on.
And yeah i remember when MBR rush ww was still a thing. But nowadays i'd prefer triforce on him if i want damage.

Lol, mbr was an item made when health stacking was the norm/viable. Nowadays, that item always shit.

afaik, mbr is the highest single dps item in the game. So, it's good on anybody who strictly autoattacks and only buys 1 offensive item and you don't happen to also want wits end, and also has enough gold income to be able to afford it and other defensive items in a reasonable amount of time (aka basically nobody barring extreme circumstances).

I can never tell whether it'd be good because I never calculate how much dps it'd add on a bruiser compared to another offensive item.

it's fine on udyr, teemo, warwick, and as a lategame item on ranged ADs imo it's not core on any of them but it works usually you want wit's instead though

The biggest problem for me about MBR is that building up to it is way too awkward. The components on their own aren't really that great. At least with Trinity each of three items that build up to it are quite good on their own.

i'm just worried Riot might be nerfing the wrong things about her. If they keep nerfing/overnerf her plants she'll just become heimer 2.0. Riot should be messing with her E and ulti. If they mess with her plants it should be the plant AI, not so much its damage.

My feeling is that E is too strong for the CC it provides. Being able to CC through an infinite amount of targets is far too strong positioning-wise in midlane. Against Lux/Morgana, positioning will save you from 90+% of binds. Against Zyra, positioning does squat. My thoughts were that the snare should travel slower upon contact with targets, down to a cap and/or it works similarly to most line pass-through skillshots like caitlyn's Q. It deals less damage and in this particular case, snares for a shorter duration for every target hit down to a cap.
The other change I feel is necessary is her ultimate damage. It's a MASSIVE AoE burst damage with some follow-up CC. It's literally the same as anivia's ultimate with 3 seconds of damage frontloaded and a knockup attached to it. To balance it, I think that half the damage upon cast and the other half paired with the knockup is far more reasonable, even if the damage doesn't get lowered. Her burst with the EWWQR combo is too strong as well. Even running 55 MR at level 1 and hp/level seals, you can still get 100-0'd at level 6 if you mis-position. It's not something that any other mage out there can do.

Ult needs to just lose a lot of its damage and some of its radius. Q or E probably need to go down by a small amount of base damage and maybe .1 ratio as well.

Considering how easy it is to hit her ult, due to the sheer size of the AOE, it really does need a nerf on the damage department, or make it so it's not frontloaded, and does the damage on the knockup.
