A few points to go over: - I haven't had a chance to play that many games with LP last week but I did spec a good amount. I'm rather pleased with the activity and camaraderie after the first week
- Personally, I haven't seen any instances of rage, which is good. Stay manner LP.
- Try hard. Fun is fun but I'd still like to see LP have a competitive spirit.
- Look to improve. The majority of TL LoL hovers around 1200 to 1600, so they can and are looking to get better. Don't be afraid to ask people to critique your play. I know the TL B guys (Yango, Navi, Milo) and vowels have been superb on this.

Neo, just for clarification, TL B is Gandhi, Soniv, Monte, etc.
We are...well I don't know what we are at the moment.

Just one thing I'd like to clarify about the difference between "scrim" and "inhouse".
Do not feel obligated to draft the game like it's a competitive game in an inhouse. Particularly when it comes to drafting, the skill level varies so widely, and it's not particularly fun or interesting to just auto-pick the really strong champions in the pool just because the person you're drafting against isn't as experienced as you are. This was first directed at Milo for picking TF and Alistar game after game (what the hell is the point of playing Liquid Practice with your most-played solo queue hero that has an 82% winrate?), but it occurred to me that other players may be doing the same thing. It's not fun for everyone else, and it's not particularly good practice for you.
The special thing about Liquid Practice is that it allows you to practice things that you would not otherwise get to in a solo queue environment (e.g. Monte practicing his non-Jungle roles). Try hard when you get in game, but at the same time, take advantage of this fact.

zzz, I'm kinda glad you brought this up. I honestly didn't want to be the one to mention it first.
I played a game last week vs TF/Noc. Was just a steamroll. Granted my team left the globals open but what's really the point?
If you want to try out/practice Malphite, sure, go right ahead. But if you're the guy first picking Malphite, then proceeding to out CS your enemy Top lane 4 to 1, you're probably doing it wrong...
Granted, once we have full 5v5 IHs, drafting actually has a legitimate value there.

Scrim = Two arranged teams practicing, meant to mimic an actual competitive game
Inhouse = Semi-arranged play, but still essentially played like a pub

Whenever I play in these I try to either pick heroes I'm terrible at and make sure to not feed off of one person too much or I make sure to lane against a player I know I can tryhard and not feed off of.

- ASSEMBLE TEH TEAMS Activity's good. Sometimes you get some high ELOs that are a little too tryhard though and let their egos get the better of em. Seen a few instances of pretty massive rage in channel, and one particular dbag (no names though). But for the most part it's been a really good initiative.

So its come to light that the significant gap in skill can sometimes lead to very one sided games, not just in picks but in lane placement. I try to simply fill in gaps in the team that others don't want to play (usually support or jungle) and if i do a solo lane i usually ask a friend or someone i play with regularly to fill in the spot on the opposing team. I do know that not all other relatively high elo players will do this, so i suggest that people who want to play do and spectate 1v1s against someone you deem similar or higher skill level. While the inhouses and 5v5s allow for all of the jungler pressure, teamfighting and positioning experience that all of us need, 1v1s allow for very quick and time efficient mechanics practice that will allow you to get to the midgame against a strong opponent as opposed to dying early and having a crushing snowballed defeat.

Hard to play games when my timezone is so different to majority of LP, played three games and enjoyed them ( Even though we got stomped all 3), I do have one thing to say though, it is courtesy to jump on TS when playing, even when you can't talk you can still listen. Takes like five seconds to get up and running.

Summoner Name: Tiberius77 ELO: Unranked Preferred Role(s): Jungle, Support Schedule: Weekends
Games were fun, looking forward to getting better.

This started out fun in the beginning. But once the random 1800 scrubs came into this on their high horse down talking everyone it got boring REAL fast.
Was fun guys, hope this doesn't go downhill.

are you the guy who raged at milo and then pulled our your top rating (1300, 2200 high, do you just enjoy stomping on noobs or something?) and started trashtalking lol?

Was fun guys, hope this doesn't go downhill. I've had nothing but fun and learning experiences playing with the LiquidPractice guys....everything I've seen has been super manner and really light and enjoyable.
