So would you rate Draven as the most difficult champion in the game? IMO he's far far far more difficult than Cassiopeia and I cannot think of anyone else...
However I guess if played perfectly you can make every boomerang go wherever you want, juggling both at the same time and having permanent 60% movespeed... E is really nice though I agree, the stun is over a second and the slow is nice too, also good for last hitting in a pinch

I see only 6 games with him at MLG, and only a 1/3 win rate with him there. Is he niche or is he just underplayed? Only 6? That's not few..
He's an amazing pubstomper but a bit matchup dependent. He's a ton of fun though and that's what's most important.
Also lol I've tanked elo so much playing Draven that now that they forced me to mid I just go Poppy mid and 13-4 trolling the whole game x_x

Oh, how awful it must be to be forced to play mid...

It is when I'm trying to learn Draven ;( (He can semiviably top, jungle, bot)

I actually really really like Draven from the support perspective, with his skillcap being what it is it can be maddening to get stuck with that guy who should have chosen Graves but when a guy knows what to do it's very strong.
I think I've chosen Nunu once and Leona every other game with him. You just have to treat double spinning axe like headshot, charge up on minions, hit them twice (don't bother with catch) go back to minions OR charge up two, Leona initate and go all in. This time pop the steroid and lead yourself with the axes and follow up on Leona cc with your slow, although they are usually dead by the 3rd or 4th auto.

Ok guys, I'm pretty confused. Flash seems to go off between any 2 CCs no matter how much they overlap. Just now on IGN's stream Orianna was pulled by Skarner and ulted by Ashe before the suppression ended. Like .5 seconds after the Arrow hit, Orianna flashed away. Most likely that was just when the suppression ended.
I've seen situations that made me really suspicious of that a ton now (Headbutt Pulv -> oh hey you flashed?). Basically it seems like you can't possibly keep someone from Flashing by stunlocking them...

I've had a couple instances of success while supporting Draven (Janna/Draven is pretty strong), but I've also had some absolutely terror Dravens (grrr Rekeri...)
I think he COULD be viable once people figure him out, but I'm not sure. That said, I don't want Riot to knee jerk buff him just because people aren't playing him much without letting people learn him. He's obviously high skill cap. They've made that mistake in the past...

I think what you are seeing is the internet. (Flash thing)
@Soniv
I just think his speed boost synergises really well with Leona, if you pop it as Zenith blade goes in, the 1st axe will land really close to the scene of the crime, giving you 3 q damage autos and double steroid duration, not to mention the followup slow.
tl;dr Draven with 2 axes going + Zenith blade landed = dead character.
I just think Dravens need to learn when to try to catch and when to ignore and auto.

Rekeri is so terror when be does ad bot, it blows my mind that guy is 2100, lol. Driven I was real fadscinated with, but the more I dee him played the more his style frankly looks boring. Just my tastes though. He seems dominant in lane, but I feel offers far less than most of the AD carries on a team fight.

"All spells attempted to be cast while crowd controlled (stunned, snared, etc) will now cast immediately at the end of the effect"
from darius patch notes. idk if working as intended because that sounds kinda retarded that you cant stunlock someone anymore.

that seems really dumb. what on earth would prompt them to essentially fuck over chain-cc. It's a similar issue with flashing projectiles, but now it's not even a matter of skill, since (based on that description) it doesn't seem to be time dependent at all, as long as its during the cc in question.

dunno chain CCs seem pretty gay to me anyway, it's fine if they are escapable.

Always have to do the jungling when I play with nooby friends as those who can don't want to, well I'll call that training, and then I pick Maokai and weep because I can camp all I want they farm so badly and have mechanics so poor we can never convert it into a kill even when I have red buff, unless it's Ashe and she can right-click them without thinking or something. T_T
Didn't think about clinging onto an axe until I have 2 then rushing my opponent as Draven, but I've mostly had problem doing that as farming and maintaining the axes for long can be tricky, and his 500 range makes it hard to get a jab at your opponents without making your intent obvious, or being in position to eat free harass in the first place.

What? I don't like the concept of not being able to do anythign for 5+ seconds, I'll accept that it's part of the game but I don't mind a high CD spell being able to get out of it.

I hate when my opponents chain cc together well. Fuck those guys and their coordination.
