Whenever I go Jungle Ali i do a specific mastery page; 15/14/1 taking Offense: 2/2 Minion Damage, 3/3 AD, 4/4 CD, 4/4 Atk spd, 1/1 Arpen, 1/1 10%MPen, Defensive: 3/3 Armor, 1/1 Smite Mastery, 2/2 Minion Damage, 4/4 HPlvl, 1/1 Flat HP, 2/2 Incoming Dmg, 1/1 Bladed Utility: 1/1 Flash Mastery
Pretty good balance of offense/defensive and flash mastery because you're going to be using it constantly for your ganks all game.
Runes are; Atk spd reds, Flat Armor yels, Flat MR blues, AP or MS, AP is better early game, MS is better whole game.
AP Jungle Ali is also fun and viable, +27 AP at level 2 makes your ganks super super deadly; Switch the 3/3 AD in mastery for 3/4 AP, MPen reds instead of Atk spd, AP instead of MR blues, Flat AP quints Build kages + philo instead of standard philo + hog, into sheen, Deathcap, DFG, Lich Bane. Void Staff. This build is very squishy compared to the standard support build but it snowballs very hard and wrecks kids ^___^ although it heavily relies on you getting fed via ganks or you won't have enough money to buy any of these items

The 0/21/9 and MS quints are crucial because Ali has shit base MS for a melee jungler (305 compared to 320 or 325 for most relevant champs). Making up the difference with MS masteries is pretty important. Being faster than someone or not can mean the difference between being able to walk->Pulv vs. having to Flash for it.

From watching streams, baron doesn't actually attack at his weird increased rate unless you have 4+ people in the pit. It's possible they made the change so you can't just stop attacking baron when he gets low to bait in the enemy jungler, otherwise he'll fuck you up.

Honestly I hate that combo on him... I feel like it just wastes a move. Sometimes I think it is better to just walk up to them and Q, because the range is imba, or just burning your flash. The W back into team is what makes his CC strong, not the knock up.
Speaking of all this jungle ali talk, I don't understand why he is becoming so FotM. I have been doing that since I started LoL and no one ever thought it was that good. Yes he's crazy strong and yes he's incredibly annoying, but he isn't broken or anything.
Now ali blitz bottom, that shit is broken

Having a 650 range gap closer is a pretty significant tool to have for a gank. You can't always walk->Pulv when ganking a lane without them reaching tower, and you also don't want to haphazardly burn Flash ganking. WQ lets you combine your gap closer and stun without giving the opponent a chance to Flash away, which can give your laner(s) enough time to burst your target.

Oooh but it just feels so wasteful... Although thinking back on it some more, I do sometimes do that if I know they would make it to tower or if we are chasing in general. I just rarely ever do it to initiate.
So junglestar, what do people build on him nowadays?
I have been going boots 3, philo, HoG, sometimes chalace, depending on how much I plan on ganking mid, and then whatever I feel like. Almost always upgrade boots to mobility and fairly early.
Oh and I also saw someone say they start Q? This baffled me lol. You clear the first camp faster with an E start, plus you have sustain. On Blue side I like to start Blue then wolves wraiths red then either mid or golems + bot @ lvl 3. This seems like a much stronger gank and if there isn't anything pushed you can keep jungling because of your built in sustain. 9/12/9 btw

They would never do such a radical change unannounced.
Moreover, I had a game earlier with 5 people in the pit and it took me from nearly full hp to dead in a matter of seconds.

I feel sorry for the EUW people who're new to the game. There's a 90% chance of having multiple people from NA playing in their games and every game I've been in so far, a stomp has occurred on one side. It's especially bad since this week has graves/leona free so NA duos can easily go and crush bottom lane with level 1 accounts.

I just had a game where baron wiped out 4 of us without enemy team interfering  But it gets better - the enemy team comes and tries to do baron and dies to it. Baron too op
