He's a AD with amazing range and a very powerful AoE snare. That's balleritude right there.
Of course some skills will be similar if not the same. The whole kit they are given is how the champion plays out, as said ahri shares something similiar to sivir but they are not the same.
At least the Q is a bit different to be distinct tho similiar. E is... raining arrows on an area/raining bullets on an area. I guess we have not seen an AD range in the last few and hoped for something else to stand out. Or as you said, maybe with that kit combo he will stand out.
bahaha. I was just speccing my friend's game and there was the most unlucky baron steal I've ever seen. He was playing cho and they went for baron, he feasts it and (I slow-mo'd this) it has FIVE hp left and ashe arrow flies in and blind steals it. The arrow had come off cooldown only seconds before too. So funny.

Here's a little more info Passive - Attack speed boost when killing a minion or a champion. good for last hitting imo Q- is a kinda weird feeling skillshot that goes really far and through things. Think about caitlyn Q but skinnier and longer ranged. Usually in a middle of a team fight you just use it as an extra attack scaling is pretty good and pushes lane well if you need to clear creeps. Damage goes down to 33% or something really low though after hitting a few people. Q range grows after you cast it also. W - Is a MF passive with % damage that stacks up if you hit them with a spellcast E- An AOE circle shot that does some really good damage on impact. After that it becomes a slow with heal debuff R- Ulti since i last played him is okay... the creep up on to people though feels really slow but is okay in teamfights Overall, I like him :D
when are they gonna fix nasus to make him playable increase mana cost on q but give mana return for a kill same as irelia and reduce the mana cost of first 2 levels of e to make it actually usable at all. being forced to open philo stone is probably whats hurting him as much as anything

second thing to bitch about, when are they gonna fix alistars healing. if you have like 10ap its inefficient to ever level it up, stands around spamming a heal for no mana cost and has no cd because his ad can just push the lane because if you ever try and stop them, you die, because alistar ;/
not even whining, its a legit problem with game design that leveling up his heal doesnt make him heal for more.

Dunno, the time between "chains" seems really long, and anyone with any awareness should be able to walk/dash out of it easier than Morg's or another comparable ability.

Range is 1075, just shy of Bandage Toss's 1100
I feel like that's still very strong, assuming it doesn't get minion blocked.
The main problem with walk dashing out of getting chained is that you're essentially ditching one of your teammates to die. Imagine a teamfight where Varus ults someone and the only way to not get rooted is to run the fuck away from the CC'ed guy.
