I think the spec modes only applies to custom games. If your in ranked I think anyone can watch. | ||

If I build AA, sorcs, RoA, FH, Banshees, WotA, does old or new Ryze do more damage? E: Changes don't really effect what I feel like I would build on Ryze. This change doesn't suddenly make abyssals a good item on him. Maybe it makes Dcap worthwhile. | ||

And so I would delay my tri force a bit just so that I have higher hp to join the 5v5 fights and dealing the true damage, hoping for the slow, and stunning/slowing the right ones. (and damn, can't wait to try out the spec mode!) For masteries on Irelia I run 9-21-0. Until her sustain got nerfed running 21-9-0 was better and maybe the buffs this patch will safely let you get away with that, but I havn't tried it yet. When you get to 20 and buy runes, AD marks and quints, armor seals and magic resist per lvl glyphs seem to be pretty good. For items, if your in a super farm lane regrowth pendant is good, if its a hard lane vs AD cloth armor and 5 pots is best, and for everything else boots and 3/4 pots is best. I do agree with getting the GP 5 items because I feel like the early laning phase is the hardest time for Irelia and they build into good items later. Instead of triforce, I have been going phage -> wits end -> frozen mallet - I feel like its a bit better than tri-force, but its really up to preference. | ||

To be fair, Rewind/FF/speed control in live games is a really good feature that DotA 2 should copy. | ||
