Quick questions, do % things stack? i.e. 2x phantom dancers, each has 55% attack speed. Do I get 110%, or do I get something less?

Also, while I'm a jiji fanboy, his ranked stats are pretty impressive. Including champions he usually doesn't run in tournaments like his 4/1 average KD Veigar or 3/1 average KD Xerath. Yeh, it's solo queue but it's 2K Elo solo queue. Also also, jiji is still the only NA AP carry that can competently play Rumble. Which might not be as important since Rumble usually goes solo top but considering most pro NA players can't Rumble top I figured it was significant. /jiji fanboyism Everything else aside, if you talked to any of the pro AP carries I think you'd find that they have pretty diverse champion pools for AP carries. If the conversation is about "competence" I think most AP players can play most of the AP carries. But if it's about like, "what champions can this person go beast mode on," it becomes a really different conversation.

Every time I play a melee like Noc or Olaf, they feel sooooooo slow in comparison. Dude olaf and noct aren't even slow. Jungling jax makes we feel really bad since I can run around wasting time with udyr/shy but on someone like jax you really need to be farming as much as you can and not waste a single moment. Edit: btw, is anyone on our subforum good with kat?

Thinking about it I'm pretty sure that high elo NA players don't play Rumble because of TheCptAmerica. Guilt by association and all that.

The ulti synergizes with that perfectly and is supposedly what lets her just 1v1 the target of her choosing. A change I could see happening if Poppy becomes overpowered is that during her ulti she could only attack the target she has ultid, but otherwise it makes perfect sense to me. If you look at everything else, she has short cd next hit attack, gap-closer stun, and 2 defensive steroids, 1 of which doubles as a + AD and MS steroid. Looking at just that, she looks like a pretty standard archetypal bruiser, now you add the ult and it defines her as a singletarget assassin.

It doesn't even do anything vs trynd, her passive already affects the crits significantly enough, and yes Poppy is a counter to tryndamere If you're worried about Poppy pick a Wukong, Vladimir, OLAF(impossible lane), Irelia, even Malzahar, Warwick or something like that against her. I definitely think she's not going to be considered overpowered until...... People start playing her bottom lane with a support so that she actually CAN get absolute freefarm with the combination of her passive and armor stacking. vs poppy just go ahead and run teemo/twitch. gg.

Nah, when Rumble first came out most of the NA scene considered him bad and literally no one picked him up. CLG started scrimming with EU teams around the first month or so that Rumble was out and the EU players kept telling CLG that Rumble is "the most OP shit ever." Jiji decided to learn Rumble so he could "own the EU players with him" and he got pretty damn good at Rumble in a short time. So much so that I remember wickd while laning against Rumble as Irelia commented that jiji's Rumble is "extremely good." I think the biggest reason most NA players didn't pick him up was that they considered him bad at first then combine that with the problem that most AP players in NA refuse to top lane (jiji is one of the few who does so often in tournies/scrims) and the fact that a lot of NA top laners prefer bruisers over AP champions. The only other NA players I've ever even seen play Rumble in scrims/tournies are Voyboy (who plays like every top laner) and Pobelter (who prefers APs to bruisers anyway when he top lanes).

For instance, the Infinity Edge item has the following stats: +80 DMG +20% Crit UNIQUE Passive: Critical hits now deal 250% damage instead of 200%. If you were to pick up two Infinity Edges, you would have the following stats: +160 DMG +40% Crit UNIQUE Passive: Critical hits now deal 250% damage instead of 200%. Note that both the damage and critical chance stack additively, but because the passive to the Infinity Edge is UNIQUE, you cannot be affected by that more than once. If you are new to this game i recommend reading all the stickies in here http://eune.leagueoflegends.com/board/forumdisplay.php?f=4

I skimmed through the stickied threads. Besides the matchmaking one, I think everything is rather dated. For the casual player, one can learn a lot by watching champion spotlights. For the average player colbecheese's summoner academy or other youtube videos. For the people with no life like me... well I don't need to tell you what to do. You probably have a tab to the wiki open right now c; In my first week of LoL I read through all the item stats. I love game knowledge.

http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLD70FBB6A6FE7F8BD&feature=plcp The Don't Feed Spotlights, basically just like a the champ spotlights but about 100x more detailed, he covers all the details of all the skills, as well as gameplay and combos/strategies, the whole series is just fucking awesome.
