There was also a surprising amount of raging in English considering it's the Korean server. Cos there is SV in the game so Koreans try to speak English and many of them played on NA for ages. Hes around 1800+ on this account.

oh my god. i haven't played drunk lol in forever. i like have no idea whats going on, it's so confusing. i just fight ww at level one and suddenly i have so much less health than him, what happened?!
I feel like there should be a separate queue for people who have been drinking.

Most teenagers in south korea can speak decent english because it's required in their schools

Hes fun for the first 50 games, where the novelty of insane range and owning nubs is fresh...he only gets stale once you've figured out how to play him and realize he basically only does one thing and none of his skills have any synergy or utility past a 1.5 second stun.
He's still not that boring because skillshots but he just doesn't have much depth.

How fun is rumble? I always read that he is really powerful and scales really well but I don't really see him that much in my games. Is it just that he's fun but difficult to play or is it the Yorick thingy that he's boring?
I'm nearing 4.8k and was looking to get rumble but I haven't tried him at all in any free weeks before.

So lifesteal nerf, I told ya Executioner's Calling was a great item.

Personally, I love Rumble, but am not consistent with him. I either kill my lane or just get zoned/feed, which doesn't even sound possible. >.> I don't even have that much experience with him yet sadly.
I would only pick Rumble if you are willing to play balls out aggressive though. He is pretty strong against most melee champs early, and contributes a lot in a team fight.
Also, you need to learn how to last hit with him. Using Q at the right time+last hitting with harpoons is very important.

I have tried him a few times and don't find he's all that fun... Lots and lots of more fun top laners. That said, it's all opinion.
You should really get a PBE account if you want to try stuff out before you buy.

I don't play Rumble a lot but I have been planning to do so more. I play mostly AP champs and I find him to be really deep. Consistently controlling a lane with him takes practice and his teamfighting is really strong. He is similar to udyr in that he generally wins his lane but he is actually pretty weak until he gets sustain from hextech because his early game Q damage is pathetic now. You can harass a champ early but it is pretty much never worth it because it pushes the lane and just opens you up to ganks without hope of really accomplishing anything.
Once you get your hextech you still have to be smart about trying to deny them because you can't constantly harass them without being permapushed to their turret where they can generally farm safely. His damage doesn't have a lot of burst and he usually has to commit to try and do significant damage which makes it easy to pick a bad fight. You have an ult with a short enough CD that you sometimes might want to just push them out of lane with it even if you can't kill them, and positioning the ult to get good effect in 1v1 can be difficult.
Outside of lane he still scales really well and his ult isn't similar to anything else in the game; it has targetting that takes time to get use to, ridiculous range, and can completely destroy teams that try to fight in the jungle or any other cramped space. He is incredibly deadly if fed and still strong if he isn't. I still have no clue how I am suppose to manage his heat, but still do well enough with him; I overheat a lot of bad times but the bonus magic damage from his attacks can be exactly what you need to finish a champion off.
Overall I think he is very technical, which can be fun but also means he probably isn't a champ you want to play all the time.

Even better: Alcohol tests during PC startup. If you've been drinking all your multiplayer games are automatically set so that only drunk people meet other drunk people.
Damn, I think that would be awesome. =D

Yes, that one click auto update is just so tedious.

Edit: For reference most usual home broadband plans are something like 2.4/3.1Mbps. My download speeds during the day are usually around 100KBps, during the nights it can be something like 250-300KBps. And there is this weird thing that riot updates never go beyond 20KBps for some weird reason. Yes, I guess, part of it is me being lazy In just downloading the client too.

Looks like Koreans LoLers are crazy about SV. So much love for him

Does all of India get bad internet? Considering Tata is headquartered there and they own a fairly large percentage of the world fiber, its surprising.

I dunno man. Seems like a poor excuse. I only jump on PBE like once a week to get the active bonus and it's not a big deal to start the update, go do something else for a little bit and then come back and play league. Even with slow speeds nobody says you have to sit there and watch the thing. Go outside or something.
