That's got nothing to do with anything and it sounds like random rage at pirate being OP, which he isn't really. Every champ can seem OP in certain situations, just turns out GP can be in lanes and snowballs easily off abusing strong levels 1-3.

I don't know what you people are on but that was such a dick move by saint rofl. Gp had a perfect creep hold just out of range of his turret, saint got mad that he waited for nothing and just taxed the fucking lane to make up for the lost time.It was just a selfish move from SV.
There's like, taxing lanes and there's taxing lanes. The way I do it I never touch creeps from the top guy,and if I do its only after a kill or something and I make sure its pushed all the way up to the turret,I only tax mid and bot,but hey what do I know I'm not a 2k elo guy.

Yeah, I'm gonna go ahead and eat my words.

Yeah, time to trust TL more than those friends of yours.

Peeps need to start posting they stats n stuff.
Naud seems like a decent jungler. Slow start, but gets a lot better if he lvls shield.

You still R > Q > W > E, lane or jangle. It's slow but you never need to back unless it's to buy.
Edit: You said your friends were 1600-1900. Smash and Slayer91 blow them out of the water I'm sure.

Yeah it does, the fact that he didnt shove the lane with saintvicious implies he's stupid which is where my GP comment came from. You're gonna deny that GP is a straightfoward and easy champ to play?
Never said he was OP btw stop putting words in my mouth.

Also seems that theres a hidden change on Lee Sin. Something about Q doing 45 damage now?
No more Cass dominance now.

Yea he could have been smart about it but than again saint could have been a bit less of a jackass.

Can't say I've heard of them, but I'll take your word for it.
Highest we've ever faced is a 2038 in ranked.

That GP should have just backed. He was half health against malphite rammus, and malph was gonna hit 6 in a wave or 2. He was going to die no matter what, even with a frozen lane he woulda just got dove.
Correct play there is to just back, grab a hog and a ward, come back to lane and be perfectly fine.

Don't believe that the hextech revolver nerf was necessary?

And I dunno if we do actually just need to have a list of posters at the top of the thread or something that are designated as experts. Our forum is growing, so people might not realize that arguing with certain people is akin to arguing the sky isnt blue or that humans dont need oxygen to live.

TBH it's not that hard to work out who knows what they're talking about and who doesn't, just from reading a couple posts.
Well... mainly it's easy to work out who DOESN'T know what they're talking about, but whatevs.

Most champions are straight forward and easy to play. Has very little to do with what actually makes good lol players. GP didn't agree with saint so he "stuck" to his decision but the fact is saint made the decision for him he just had to follow the leader so to say. Saint coulda left him alone and it woulda been a good situation, or he could have helped saint with the pushing anf it would be a good situation. Getting mad at saint, not pushing, and then when the lanes pushes down near the maplhites tower staying in lane even when he knew he would die, accomplishes nothing.

It doesn't matter which lane you tax. Creep waves work the same way. All that matters is how it alters the lane control. Generally you only want to tax the lane if the opposite laner doesn't get the farm the creeps you're pushing (if it's the other jungler that's fine, junglers brofisting each other at the XP gains), otherwise it removes the point of it. The point of it is that your lane misses maybe 2-3 cs of XP and you're going 6-9 cs + their laner ganis nothing out of it.

No more Cass dominance now. Lee Sin Q got nerfed last patch if that's what you're referring to.

Our forum is growing, so people might not realize that arguing with certain people is akin to arguing the sky isnt blue or that humans dont need oxygen to live. We probably do. Two issues come to mind. Firstly, how do we show this? Secondly, what is the criteria for being a recognised poster? Is it just community consensus, or some defined criteria? (The second question is probably less important.)
Re: Showing who's trustworthy. Blue highlighting like in the SC2 Strat Forums I think isn't optimal because it encourages people to want to ignore non-blue posters, even if they have a lot of good things to say but aren't blue. It also means when they're speaking on something they don't have expertise in, they're still highlighted. For example, while Smash probably understands the ideas behind supports, I wouldn't auto-accept what he'd say necessarily. (Or if he's on a little rant, like pre-nerf top lane Lee Sin circa Patch 1.0.0.118, lol.)
Stars next to quality posters is an alternative, since it's discrete but still carries weight. But does that dilute the TL Stars, since it's just for our subforum? Having custom user icons to replace the SC:BW portraits could also work, but again, potentially dilutes its meaning just for our own subforum purposes. Unless it would be possible to have custom avatars that would appear only in our subforum? But that might not be worth TL Web Staff time to code since they're likely busy with more important things.
Having something in signatures is another possibility, but there's no quality control and no one should be forced to have something in their signature just to participate in a discussion. A list of quality posters as a stickied thread (potentially as an update to our Rules Sticky?) could work, but feel inelegant. New posters might not even read it. The big white message box at the top of threads could remind people and new members to read the sticky. But I do dislike the big message box at the top. (They remind me too much of SC2 Tourney Threads, urgh. Hate them intensely.)
I dunno. None of these solutions seem elegant or efficient enough. Maybe calling out bad posts like we currently do works, even if it's rather laborious and also inefficient.

Meh, as I said, generally posts speak for themselves. If you have a big banhammer over your name and this new guy disagrees with him he's not going to say anything, because it's intimidating, so it kind of hurts discussion IMO. I mean Cloudgazer probably will give a little more weight to what smash says heretofore when suddenly it turns out he was right all along (surprise surprise).
I mean, somethings won't be clear. Certain aspects of laning at higher level might go over some peoples head, but hopefully if they don't understand they'll offer their point of view and it gives the poster a chance to explain in more detail. As long as there isn't too many posters like in SC2 I would say the current system is pretty good.

LoL client is so buggy atm -.-;
just had a game with it locked up. couldn't do anything at champ select; no champ pick, no changing summoners, no changing runes/masteries, and couldn't even type. Luckily I got hard randomed Talon (top lane wasn't yet picked) and the other team had a d/c so we got a 5v4 free win.
