Did you ace or nearly ace (4 dead) the enemy team? If yes -> Is there a lane pushed to an inhibitor tower? -> If yes, take the inhibitor. If no -> Can you take the inhibitor without a minion wave before the other team respawns? -> If yes, take the inhibitor. If no, take baron. It's obviously all situational. If your team is super low after a big team fight it might be best to do neither especially if no wave is pushed up. Having everyone at low HP commit to taking an inhib can give the other team a free baron, but at the same time playing like a pussy will usually make your team lose. At some point you have to take risks and if I can choose between an inhib and a baron I will take an inhib every single time.

Have been playing with a couple of friends on LoL, we all met there and even had a meeting 'in real life'. Was all fun n stuff cus we were winning everything. But then we got on the level where we lost more then we won and its really hit the group. We still together with our 6 pack tho ![]()

Playing against strong teams and losing shows who is really up to the task of improving and who is not. There are people who ragequit, blame and are pissed for the next few hours and there are people who want to watch the replay together, go over mistakes and requeue. There is nothing demoralizing in losing to a superior opponent. In fact, I love the feeling of losing to someone who played better than me. No matter which game. I just go batshit insane when I'm losing due to my own mistakes & when I lose to someone I perceive as inferior because I played way below my A-game.

Demoralized simply because you lost to Curse? Poor mindset. Demoralized because you lost a game because of your own mistake or team misplay? Good, it's ok. Take it as a lesson to heart. You should only get mad if you keep making the same mistake over and over again. ![]() Edit: ok, if it's a discrepancy between good and bad opponents, use Arranged Ranked to tryhard comp, practice teamwork/team objectives. Use Draft Normal for practicing new champions. Arranged 5, you will sometimes run into pro teams like Curse, Goose, CLG Blind Pick Normals, you will sometimes run into fun police. afaik, no really tryhard players/teams play Draft Normal.

but yeah that's a good idea to practice "new stuff" in draft normals. hard to convince treebeard to do it though, because apparently his normal elo is high enough that our queue times will be longer in draft normals than ranked XD edit:: speaking of good players and SG we're playing against rambo, exlynn, delerium, hirishin and maybe some other people in a tourney game next week anyone know if they run any gimmicky/cheese comps that we should look out for OR anyone know any good ban snipes?

![]() SG: trololol, Ranked 5s so ezpz Riot: have some Goose :D But yeah, fighting A tier teams with a joke team comp will be demoralizing in the sense that it's 20 minutes of no fun because you're starting out with a disadvantaged comp. hoho... high normal elo. Come blind pick bro. :3 Edit: just spy on rambo and see what he plays lately. Kara will be support obv. rambo typically plays the impactful roles during early/mid game. Jungle or solo. n/m, Exlynn and Hiri are gud gud players. They'll carry rambotroll and Kara.

With a proper elo donation I'll go undercover for you and make an off-hand comment asking what secret strats they're going to do. Cause all they do with me is troll normals. I didn't even know rambo made a team LOL. And for random trivia, rambo looks EXACTLY like Marn (fighting games person). It's quite uncanny.

IMO they need to increase the penalty for dodging in draft normals. Like, you can't queue for one hour or something.

http://www.esl.eu/eu/lol/ - Pick server - Mouse over "Team" and click on the appropriate tournament you're interested in looking up - Click on "Tournament Tree" You get to see the brackets for that tournament.
