In Solo/Duo Queue competition, the highest rated player on each team will always be given the privilege of choosing the bans and picking first. The remainder of the pick order is randomly constructed by the matchmaking system. In team play, the organizing player will choose bans and pick first. The other players will pick in the order that they were invited to the group. In this way, the organizing player of a given play session is always able to tailor the picking order to their liking. There are 2 teams and tons of players online @ the same time with different elo aswell, I've just never seen someone have the same elo after the match and if they had the same elo before the match, they should have identical elo afterwards aswell. | ||

More like a good player will never let you hit them with both parts of a Q, that thing just isn't fast. MAYBE 1 part. If they're committing to a trade then you can usually get both ticks off. Thing is when she's diving on you at level 6+ she can probably hit a point blank charm pretty trivially and unload. Fortunately she doesnt have the damage to 100->0 champs, she has to wear them down a bit first (but her kit is more capable of the necessary attrition than some other AP assassins who are better at 100-0'ing people.) or she has to chase them long enough with R for some cooldowns to refresh. | ||
