It'd be kinda hard to lose your lane imo.
What's your guy's strategy in normal? I find that the people who carry hard in normals are either mordes, akalis, or AD carries, and they just end up having monstrous farms before the team fight stage. If they farm after the teamfight stage, they're less than useful since we just get caught in 4v5s.
I've been thinking about a split pushing strategy in normals at top with Morgana. Since I'm playing normals, she's never banned, and rarely picked. I just put a ward down, and then stay in lanes till their towers are all gone. When someone comes, I just turn on shield and go like "morgana cares not for your CC" as I walk past them. Seems like I'm quite annoying... a lot of people always want me dead.
In addition, I've been finding that I can't farm. Like I always miss farm. So I've been doing trist, rammus, and morgana because trist and rammus have large stat modifiers they're less reliant on farm, and morgana... it's hard not to farm well as morgana. Trist and Morg can do great solo vs dual lanes too  Start health pot mana pot. Never lose lane

i got killed 2 or 3 times and then she could just towerdive me, thats what i mean with me losing the lane. but maybe i played to agressive, i didnt sit back and farm. a part of losing the lane was apparently me overextending with a weak early game champ.

You probably did something wrong or were outskilled (or unlucky death and then too much behind) b/c you should be able to hold your own just fine in that match-up.

Cho'Gath can outpush her and can pretty much shrug off all of her harass. Galio if it's ap nidalee can just outfarm her and not give a shit about her damage.
Yorick probably does well, she's got nothing to fend off the ghouls reasonably and she probably can't outharass his sustain to prevent him from farming. I'm pretty sure Irelia can farm against her but she's not really a counterpick so much as just being Irelia.
If you're not afraid to go dual ap on your team then any hardcore ap pusher can probably beat her, too, like Cassio/Morg/Gragas because she's not gonna match up to them in a fight and can't push the lane against them. Kennen, though he's just probably the best laner in the game more than anything else.

I don't know if this is the right thing to do but perhaps towerhugging, and getting spellvamp, and MR like revolver and chalice would let you farm without losing midlane. It's ridiculously hard to zone mid since it sets you up for ganks.
Seems to work on Morg... but then again she has natural vamp and a nifty shield.

Rumble rapes nid pretty handily too. I've personally never played that matchup but every time I see Hotshot play that matchup as Nid in tournies he always get pwnt by Rumble so I'm assuming it sucks for nid.

I just played ryze vs nidalee, stomped her easy, but not sure if she was just bad.

No I've done that too, Ryze should beat Nidalee I think. If she's AP she straight up can't do any damage to you, if she's AD it's just a matter of chucking out a round of spells and then backing off before she really does much damage.

What are thoughts on jungle singed getting rylai/wota? Getting real popular in TSM house. Blue buff dependent early on, but it's an alternate way to get double wota and seems really strong.

Nidalee wins that matchup at level 1 off straight autoattacks.
Watched jiji play that matchup against Hotshot. It was NOT pretty.

nidalee doesn't lose lane to anyone. She instantly wins against anyone with no range and no gap closer. And she also rapes against everything else because she can push freely since no one can gank her, and pushing gives you a massive retarded advantage in top lane.
I think either rain man or oddone said that the only way nidalee loses is if the jungler has retarded ganking potential like rammus/shaco/maokai etc. Or if nidalee just gets completely outskilled.

what about someone like vayne or graves? shouldn't you dominate atleast until lvl 6?
