I was thinking of this lately with people talking about who is weak on what team and all of that, if you could draft a team from all current League of Legends players based both on performance and personality, who would you pick?
I think I'd have something like:
AD: Chaox (Maybe the local favorite Loco could go here. Probably the best NA AD, if not the best in the world. His passion to improve himself and become #1 is infectious. Very thoughtful and hilarious.)
Top: HotshotGG (Farms all day, and despite being known as the biggest rager in LoL, he's really improved his image with his stream and seems like an all-around cool guy to know.)
Mid: Ocelote (Hilarious to listen to, so intense, and imagining him getting into fights with Hotshot like Saint does is just hilarious to me. Also amazing AP.)
Jungle: Dan Dinh (or Saint, that's a toss-up. I enjoy Dan Dinh's personality more, but I think Saint is the better player, but Saint would clash too much with Hotshot and Ocelote already on the team. Much better skill players to put in the jungle slot, but I can't get enough of Dan Dinh. He'd go on the streams to handle our drama and would be our face for interviews.)
Support: Nyph (Is there anyone better?)
I'm pretty confident with my five. Who you got?

Yep, if you're 1500 you can probably use a lot of practice last hitting. Glad I could help you out!

Since MLG Prov was my first one to actually watch and understand LoL at the same time, I was wondering if there are any old tournament VODs or epic matches that are worth watching. I've watched most of the top 5 plays of the week and random videos on own3d like Dyrus best olaf game ever and Dyrus and Regi trolling with double jungle Blitzstar. If anyone could link me to some other good stuff I'd appreciate it.
Also another quick question. I am around level 27 and get matched up against and beat teams with level 30s that are around 1500 rating. Can you actually benchmark your skill level to the opponents by looking up their rating even when playing normals?

Top Dyrus - Love his attitude and his brolaf
Jungle The Odd One - Hilarious when he solo queues (LETS DO DIS)
Bot AD Choax Also enjoyable to watch and has a ton of skill. His trist is just scary as hell jumping around.
Mid AP: Salce Carries hard, has a mean Kennen.
Support: No idea.

Whelp I am entirely bummed out that no one caught the mst3k refrences of my post on fizz fishy beacon shark portals but I am just going to chalk that up to MLG Providence being bloody amazing and distracting everyone.
AD:Loco dudes awesome and I am confident he'd do well though Chaox is a close Second.
Top:I am going to get a lot of flack for this but I'd want the Bob in top lane. Given his ability to do well in Solo que with some practice I am confident he could become god tier with the right shot caller to let him know if he needs to do something. Only thing holding him back is his last hitting could be a tad stronger.
Mid:Shushei(or LoCicero a close second) One of if not the best AP in Europe and he'd bring a flare to the game along with the skills to pay the bills.
Jungle: Saint he calls well, he knows jungle, it's an obvious choice. Though I doubt he'd every play well with the roster given but one can dream.
Support:Nyph(A guy so good with his support that you'd want to clone him just to get him on the team)

I'd want people with chill personalities over raw ability.
Nyph, Xpecial, Chaox, Jiji, Shushei, Loci, etc. There aren't any really good junglers that aren't tools.

I'd rather take the queue dodge penalty than play with people like you on my team because your mentality is selfish and you're basically ruining the chance to win despite the fact that as a bottom spot there is a legitimate chance you are the worst player on your team, but clearly you think so much of yourself that you dont take that into consideration. can you tell I just tanked 50 elo out of gold to this behavior in one game? if youre going to be a selfish, immature little baby go do it in normals because ranked is about more than just your ability to to last hit; it's also about your attitude and showing that you are a good enough player to understand why sometimes you have to play your role and not ruin the game for others.
First off, I'm talking about sub-1400 elo where 99% of the players don't know how to fucking last hit. Above that, players can be expected to be able to cs at least somewhat decently and get at least 70% of the cs. From my experience, below 1400s the vast majority of people can't even get half the cs.
When you're at 1500s or where-ever people learn to actually hit creep for gold then obviously you need to pick w/e the fuck the team needs. Not what you want. But when you're low as hell elo because you went on a losing spree or w/e or when you're in a game and your AD carry is clearly mising every damn creep and has like 15 cs at 20 minutes, it's up to you to carry your lane.
You can end up as the bottom spot because of many reasons. Maybe you went on tilt a couple days ago and dropped 100+ elo from playing bad. Maybe you decided to que dodge down for kicks. Maybe you come from a solid DotA background with good mechanics and are grinding up. For whatever reason, if you know you're better than your lane mate, it's up to you to win the lane. Do you honestly think that the top players on the ladder got through the 1200-1300 elo bracket by saying "oh. w/e i'm last pick so I'll play support, never take cs, and just watch my lane partner miss over 50% of the farm." I highly doubt that.
Right now I'm hovering around 1500-1600. You can bet your ass I'm gonna play support if I'm put in that position because at this level, people can actually reliably get at least 70% of the farm and me stealing farm is only going to harm the team. But I can guarantee you that below a certain elo level 2 people splitting farm is going to generate more gold than just one guy csing.

Even at the 1500 level I always grab a support who can actually carry if the need arises. Hence my penchant for blitz and Zilean. You cannot count on your ad carry being anything more than absolute shit. I had a vayne who had 30 cs at the 20 minute mark in a 1500 game last week.

Note the relationship between someone who tilts enough to lose 100 Elo and someone who purposefully picks to spite their team. You have zero ability to know that you aren't legitimately the worst player on your team when you're making that pick to screw your own team.
The choice is to pick an offensive support, not to make your AD carry useless.

What would you recommend doing when the players say the following:
Ali -> don't WQ, always flash (or walk if they don't kill you on the way), headbutt back, then Q?
Blitz -> don't pull (or when I do pull, they just sit there and watch me, lol)
I'm not saying I want to steal CS, but at the same time I don't wanna sit around literally babysitting, which everyone I've had to lane with wants me to do?
Do I play a Soraka, Sona and just heal heal heal?
I have no objections to the above, but it gets silly 
Also, obviously if I'm the lowest pick, I'm the most awful on the team or whatever.
But what am I suppose to do when even the offensive supports I'm forced to play passive because lane mate doesn't know what to do?

so basically i found out that trynd rapes kids at 1300
2 game win streak following this pattern
lock in trynd and demand top
get wriggles and auto attack enemy solo out of exp range
free farm for 30 minutes
win game
