It's kinda one of those things where I don't want to ruin the game for everyone and get flammed to the point i stop playing LoL completely.

A big community means more people to be interested in an eSports scene. LoL brings in a lot of viewers and is getting picked up by a ton of events. DotA2 won't have any real effect on the playerbase and I think it'll have an incredibly minor impact on the eSports scene of LoL. Basically, I think that LoL could outlast SC2 assuming Riot keeps their shit together. edit: @Generalissimo I'm sure people would be willing to help and contribute to something like that. A wiki would be better as it'd be easier to organize but I don't have much on my plate for tomorrow. I don't mind at least writing up a huge ass thread and getting told what to add or remove. At the very least it could help people when/if a wiki is made for competitive LoL. So, how about a page like this for IPL 3? It's just a sample but I think something like this could be ok as a framework. Sample in Liquidpedia

Advice to anyone who really believes they are below their "real elo": -Pick your favorite pubstomp champ (in my case Jax, other good choices: akali, talon, gp, fiddle, singed, kat, etc) -Pubstomp in solo queue games -Accept friend invites from lower rated players -Duo with them to increase your chance of first pick and getting your champ -profit+ Show Spoiler + ![]() note: some of these were with accelerant who is not unranked and carries me from teh jungle Worst case, your partner plays like everyone else at your level, and/or the two of you get 4th/5th pick. In the latter case you can generally secure a botlane carry if you tell your team about your duo and have your partner play support

Sample in Liquidpedia It looks nice for some base work. I'd like to see which champions were most popular (picks wise and bans wise) and you might want to include something about substitutes.

If you play support, no need to secure firstpick, and you probably want a duo partner who is higher rated than you

Though I have learnt that Blitzcrank support is very stronk.

The lower they are, the closer to firstpick you will be (they don't need to be much lower since there's so many players in the 1100-1300's) If you get crazy high scores and stick around postgame lobby people will friend request you.

Blitzcrank, whom you already mentioned, and Cho, are other viable options. Last but not least, I'd also recommend Maokai or Gragas if you have experience playing either of them.

This is generally what i do, last pick a support that people aren't used to/have never dealth with like Leona/GP/Blitz, the only problem is usually win bot lane and my duo partner normally wins top lane, our mid/jungle however go 0-6 before 15 and after that just seem to always be in horrible positions, you try and say anything and a nice lil' wall of rage comes your way. But i still maintain my 100% with Brand and Blitzcrank so s'all good.

0.0: Q 0.1: E 2.3: R 4.3: Q 6.5: E 10.7: QW 12.7: (Silence Ends) You can repeat this from the beginning 2-3 seconds later. Given that this would truly screw over many, many assassins and tanky DPS, how viable does this make support LeBlanc? Seems like some pretty ridiculous carry protection. (I'm well aware that the amount of peel is greatly reduced by merc treads, but it's still pretty huge).

This is why theorycrafting sucks. Even maknoon couldnt pull this combo off. It takes too long, relies too much on an easily interrupted skillshot, and is either overkill on a carry or wont do enough damage against a tank.
