% Reduction Flat Reduction Flat Penetration % Penetration. Reduction can go below zero, Penetration can't ( you can't penetrate what isn't there). The system is designed to allow you to remove a target's resistance fairly easily, dealing essentially true damage, without allowing you to magnify your damage much farther than 100% of it's intended damage. Flat ArP is best early, % ArP is best late. The more armor the champ has, the less flat does and the more % does. | ||
