Hmm well Xerath seems cool. Imo lux is one of the worst ap carries. You have 2 skillshots with worse ratios than point and click nukes | ||

As it stands now he's like a siege tank that has instant siege mode, and also instant unsiege along with a speed boost. Does not compute. | ||

Q 0.6 5sec cd 85 mana at max lvl W 30% MP 4sec cd no mana E 0.7 10sec cd, didnt actualy check mana but stuns for 1.5sec across all lvls R 0.6 per blast. 60sec cd. | ||

It's a very VERY quick to come out line attack that deals full damage into the line. Unlike Lux, Cait, Morg, or any other skillshot champ, you can't hide behind minion waves to get away from it, so it's basically guaranteed to hit if the Xerath player is competent. His ult also seems a bit unsettling. Unlike Kog, who's Ult gets more expensive for spamming, he gets 3 for the price of 1, and they seem to hit much harder and come down faster than Kog's or even Veigar's DM. I'll have to see it in game, but his skillshots seem really hard to dodge. | ||

I feel the "siege mode" mechanic could have been so much more interesting... all we get is a generic-elemetal-spirit-dark-mage-of-the-void with a spell that doesn't really affect his mobility since he can instantly siege/unsiege and gets a speed buff when unsieging. | ||

Well that's just silly amounts of scaling....30% fucking spell pen? 1.8AP scaling on AoE ult with a billion range? What's the base damage though? His only drawback so far is his lack of utility, but still, being able to initate safely with a stun that can't really miss is pretty damn useful to the team as it is. | ||
