As a matter of fact, if you get shut down too hard playing against a better team, it becomes more along the lines of shock therapy than actual practice. Seeing and experiencing how better teams play is nice, but at the moment I think just 1 scrim a week vs a superior team would be enough and is mostly used to gauge progress. | ||

EDIT: We're playing a lot better, so good job on that, everyone. I think almost everyone can agree the team communicates better, I think Tap has gotten a lot better at making calls and leaving criticisms until after game, and overall, we are playing much more like a team. With the exception of BP and Tap, who argue like a married couple, we all get along pretty well. I think we're all improving a bit on our individual play as well. Things to work on: -Chobz and I need to play more (I'm 1337, so I'm catching up!) -necrosed needs to play with us more. I know you're waiting for your PC, etc. -Astarwulf should learn more carry junglers. That's where the current meta is, so work on learning stupid champs like Udyr/GP/Lee Sin -More variety in solos! I don't think there's much more to say about it. -Better team positioning/grouping/teamfighting. I've personally been playing kind of shitty lately, so I'll work on getting better as well. | ||

Just as an example, being constantly pressured in your jungle isn't going to make it easier for you to get into the habit of keeping better timing on your buffs/dragon, for instance. Being able to jungle efficiently while pressured is a step beyond that. | ||

Things I want to happen is: - From our solos, I want them to practice more 1v1's against each other. Same goes for duo lanes bot. It's just a good idea in general to get a concise understanding of how the different matchups work without interference from other factors. - From our support (me), I want better cv's early on. Can't catch the enemy jungler often enough and I don't feel like my cv's are impacting the decision making of the other team members. I feel pretty good about my ward coverage, but I sometimes go overzealous on them and waste some gold as a result. Not too sure about my choices when I go back to buy, since I don't feel good without buying 2-3 wards when I shop even if I have to skip a big item, which can leave me with boots 1 with no completed gp/10 by 10 minutes. I should ask solo/junglers to shell out the cash for wards when I am in need to complete that philo stone. In teamfights, I need to streamline my choice of how to support a little better. For instance, as Sona I can hit my ult well enough but I rarely think about what aura I'm keeping on and what power chord I'm using and on who. I feel like I should have this down to a much degree of efficiency than just spamming QWEQWEQWE. It should be W active during enemy bursts as precisely as possible, and Q on during our burst. Priority would be to W-chord enemy AP if their CD's are up, or E-chord enemy bruisers if they're causing too much disturbance etc... Also, I could probably be shelling out 3 or 4 extra autoattacks in teamfights without putting myself in danger. - From junglers, play with us a lot more, that would be the main thing. I don't see enough of either jungler for me to feel confident about their performance in a rated match. | ||
