i am 95% sure about this. I could get Morg pool to hit both most of the time like a month ago just fine. Sometimes the melee creeps will line up such that you can't get all of them. (Haven't tried it since the patch, though)
All aoe abilities have always had a slightly larger actual hitbox than the displayed one (both the aoe you see when you cast it and the visual aoe).

no, you could not get all 6 creeps into a single pool consistently, most of the time its 3 ranged and 1 melee. Now its all 6 at once every single time. Unless i was lucky.
i would make a screenie to show what i mean, but they are all black
edit: i tried it again, i get all 6 creeps into my pool 9/10 times.

Okay. Got an idea. Did some testing with Cone Based Spells. (Kass, Cho, MF, Annie, Morde, Panth)
If you guys can get a good feel for how much more cone based spells go over from the indicator that would be great. Currently, I have the fact that most cone based spells go over by about 1mm compared to display, sometimes even 1 minion length.

Morgana pool is fine. Could always hit entire wave. I think Nid swipe is bugged. I was hitting things from much further than I usually do.

Cassi aoe seems a bit bigger than usual.
Also everybody is building skarner wrong and it's pissing me right off.

Its not the spells that are bugged. Heroes hitboxes are bigger.

Seems to me like skarner requires a lot of AD+AP+CDR to do enough damage to compete but as a melee he can't afford to get these stats over tankiness. Hybrid jax has better ratio and the best steriod in the game not to mention is more tanky and more mobile naturally.
Also skarners E seems totally terrible, outside or lane, needs a buff.

I dont think skarner needs cdr cuz AS=cdr on him. If you compare him to jax then you should also mention that skarner has inbuilt sustain and AoE damage.

skarner's inbuilt sustain is pretty weak. He's designed as a hunt-one-guy-down sort so his aoe is either short ranged (tied with counter strike) or his E which is underwhelming. CDR increases his AS benefits. Full CDR = QautoQautoQautoQauto. It also lets his ult be more often used.

Cho's AoEs seem a lot bigger than they should be. I was getting knocked up almost constantly when I seemed to be a full champion model away (as Nasus), and the silence feels like it goes about 50% further than it should.

Yeah Chogath's AoEs are huge now. Tested a few things today with Cait's traps and Cass's poison. Put a trap down in front of Cass about a character away and it triggered. Was so dumb, as was Cass's poison. Was hitting me from a character away as well. Not even close, but still triggering.

Kog's ult is also ridiculous. AoE is like twice the range of the particle now. -_- I literally moved back from it the moment it was shot with boots 2, it landed where I was standing, and I still took damage.
