He obviously isn't susceptible to bad players. Somehow rjs can carry bads no prob.

With that said, it's probably much easier to find games with a top 500 account than a top 20.

I've either been playing with loudmouthed (or mute) egomaniacs or loudmouthed (or mute) people unable to react (and apparently unable to complete the tutorial as well).

I couldn't care less about skill-disparities, I expected to lose most of the first games and I have - that happens. But I haven't had any fun so far. Nothing. Except for the first 20 minutes of the first game (before it degenerated into a flamefest) and when I bought Morgana, I haven't really enjoyed myself in this game because how awful team-wise my team"mates" have been overall. Sure, most people on my level will just start the game, I'm fine with that, BUT NOT A SINGLE ONE OF THEM TALKS (constructively). Noone asks for help, noone chats ingame, noone responds to hints, pings, targets, "care"s or "ss bot"s or anything. Almost every match feels like playing multiplayer with 3-4 other guys that happen to play single player in my game.

Does this get better on higher levels? Do ranked matches have better teams, more communication, more real human interaction? The game does look fun and it could be fun if I felt like playing in a real team, but right now, I don't see myself playing this any more.

What the hell?, you state you played dota and hon and that LoL is the same in terms of the community and the people you have to deal with, so how is this surprising?.

What makes you think this would stop? You're always playing with or against retards, at any level. Its just a matter of having a thick skin, which you SHOULD have developed by now from playing dota and hon.

The MOBA community is the worst out of any gaming community, if you can't deal with people being retards you should not be playing these types of games. It will never change, because its a team game -- you're stuck with 4 random people. Rage will happen, stupidty will happen. Deal with it.

The QQ from hotshotgg at 2400 elo and joeschmo at 1321 elo is no different, its just a matter of perspective.

That's why Liquidparty exists, because going premade alleviates at least much of the BM, even if it doesn't really alleviate the lack of coordination all the time. I think I play premade normals 90% of the time, because I really DON'T have the thick skin "necessary" (well, I don't get upset, I just don't have fun trying to play with retards)

but yea, to the original guy, LoL gets alot better once you get leveled up abit and out of the SUPER noob zone. levels 1-15 or so will be populated by so much more ragers and leavers and feeders etc. but once you get to a more respectable MM elo, you wont get them EVERY game.
also learn to use the /ignore all command and just carry the shit out of you team for a couple of games.

first lvlvs have a lot of smurfs that created an account to stomp some newbies and then rage when they have newbies in their team and dont win.

gets better, the higher elo, the less of the super dumb ragers you get. But it never stops completely.

Regarding Swain I find him somewhat weak until level 3-4, since nevermore's cooldown is so huge low level, and his other spells have an average range. You need the snare in case someone commits, but it's not really useful by itself if you don't put yourself in front of your opponent to cast torment and decrepify. So against Cass really good range, I was thinking that was a disadvantageous matchup.
I wouldn't call him bad though, he can get quite tanky, especially for a mage, all the while dishing out good damage thanks to the multi-target and torment. Perhaps his DoT hurt be since he can't burst, I guess.

rjs isn't anything special, all the top players can carry baddies at 1800 ELO because their significantly worse than you and you win your lane 90% of the time then kill the rest of their team.

Well tbh unless like 2 of the 3 lanes lose miserably it really isn't hard to carry your team after u win ur own lane.

Well I just found that usually if 2 of 3 lanes lose miserably as in far outfarmed and killed several times it's ridiculously hard to carry because as a team you're just ridiculously behind in gold.

And I found that this "2 out of 3 lanes lose horribly" thing is quite common. One of those 2 typically is the first pick Orianna on your team.

rjs is just your stereotypical Korean. He has solid mechanics and "lucky", if you will. But it says something about his skills (or ability to grind) to get 4 accounts to the NA top 20.

He likes to solo top a lot, had a really big hard on for Jarvan until a few patches ago. His latest smurf, Godrjsdnd IV is a little homage to Jarvan and his 4th account.

He isn't better than Lilac or Saruan (who I think are the two gud Koreans on NA that aren't fabulously out of shape) but he isn't that much worse than them either.. He's like another MakNooN tbh.

All the koreans I see playing LoL have these like godlike LoL skills. Last hits are perfect to almsot perfect, their skill usage is like beyond anything, especially shit like skillshots and stuff, and they play their characters and their UP characters to like full potential.
