Regarding Rylais: As a general rule of thumb, if it has an AoE indicator when you normal cast the spell (i.e. no smart cast) it will use the lower slow. If it can damage more than 1 target (e.g. Corki Missiles) then it uses the lower slow. If your name is Vlad the Design team doesn't like you and your Q uses the lower slow. | ||
