Really everything blue buff does is preposterous. The problem I've been trying, and failing, to highlight is that its current power level is so throughly entwined with AP carries, jungling and the objectives of the game that fixing it is going to be like pulling threads out of a tapestry. You can't just tug the problem thread and call it a day because half of the tapestry is going to go with it and need reweaving.

Why are we ranting about blue buff when both sides each have it to balance it out? It's good that it's useful and provides another strategic objective worth fighting over. Only reason why red buff was nerfed was because they were trying to nerf ranged heroes and make melee dps more viable. If you don't want their anivia to have blue buff your team has means of taking it away from them.
Why would AD need 20% hp regen per second when they got a sustain item with a free ward ^_^

The old champions are really interesting in my opinion. But lately it's just been the same thing over and over. Every skill seems to be a copy or a mashup of other skills already in the game. They keep releasing champions with "combos", which in my opinion is the hardest to balance. Either the combo is too powerful and then you have op champ or the combo is too weak and you have useless champ. After jarvan it seems like ulti epicness dropped so much. Vayne's is a buff, talon's makes him disappear, leona's is just a brand w that stuns and monkey king spins.

25% CDR usually also means a bunch of extra CC that - owns melees.

What is this? I used to play a terrible Annie but suddenly everything feels pitch perfect. I ain't talking 1 year ago but maybe a month. I was never good with Annie.

Ironically, Leviathan is also another hero with two passives, a game changing ult, and a point/click slow that does a ton of damage

Apparently riven's Q has some weird targeting mechanics. Reminds me of trying to figure out how double-up decided what it wanted to hit :
It's a no-click cast, like lay waste. It's closer to pounce, except that it also respects cursor position if you have it locked onto a nearby target.
That is, if you are actively targetting a champion, Riven will go towards your cursor if it is hovering near an enemy, but if your cursor is nowhere near anything resembling something that makes sense, she'll just Q forward instead.
The targetting mechanics are arcane and bizarre under the hood.
