We show up as a link at the top of the page in the Sports & Games subforum, so it's not as hard to find as before.

Asking for our subforum to show up on the left side menu might be encroaching on SC territory, so I don't know. I haven't asked.

Do you really want the most terrible community of all games (MOBA community) to swarm TL? Sounds like a really bad idea. Keep this forum a "secret" or you'll have the spam that's on the league of legends forums here. Or am I the only one that does not enjoy seeing all kinds of random threads about random heroes being overpowered?

The patch notes thread doesn't move nearly as fast as GD, and clustering patch notes discussion in here would just complicate things. With 18 patch updates since the OP was created, there are only 114 pages. It's fairly easy to navigate the thread and find relevant info to the current patch

It's been shoddy lately because of the tourneys and the end of season 1 but before that that it was every 2 weeks.

Personally, I would lock the Patch Notes thread, make it sticky and keep updating the OP with newest patch notes so we have them all in one place. Those are my 2 cents. Both threads being active is kinda meh... GD is just fine for speculation/comments on the the new patch.

I find the patch by patch idea pretty good. Random cuts after each month are just awkward. At least a patch also is a small "natural" cut in discussion. And patches come regularly enough to make sure we won't go past 500 pages again.

I find current patch thread fine as it is . You can always look up previous patch notes and since it's size isn't that big it's easy to find where new discussions start and previous ones end ( By dates as usually there is several day gap between last post ). If you close it at least make it sticky as future reference.

I like that patch notes thread being separate, every two weeks it flares up with some speculation on the effects of the changes, then with reactions to the changes, then it goes away. Meanwhile GD is for talking about different strategies, various news, and whatnot. Combining the two would be a bit cluttered imoimoimo, especially with how fast GD usually moves.

Pretty sure it's 28 days for decay to start, and 14 days for each tick thereafter. 25 elo a tick until you hit 1400 where it stops decaying.

Ideally, you talk theorycraft in the Patch Notes thread, until servers go live.

Talk about Wukong here after you've played with him. (Helps if you actually buy the champion).

After a week or so, if someone is so inclined, they can make a Wukong champion thread then.

Also, why do the Koreans love Tiamat so much? I don't think I've EVER seen that item being used on NA, to the point that I forgot it even existed...
