Eleisa's miracle simple looks like a good support item for those supports that run 2 philo stones. 1 becomes shurelya's and another becomes eleisa's. Then they can grab ionian boots for CDR.

That's true. I didn't think of that--being able to turn the 2nd philo into something else does sound pretty strong.

If you get philo as Amumu, turn it into Eleisa's and get Ninja Tabi? Tabi are real cheap, and mummy can surely appreciate the Mp5.

You need to take into account what you're giving up for that- such as delaying a very important Aegis, and being less tanky early on. However, if you're jungling, getting Eleisa's thingy will let you give away your golem buff to a caster sooner which is nice. It might be worth it you want a blue buff on your hungry hungry Anivia ASAP.

IMO the nature of Philo is such that if you're getting it, you want to hold onto it for a long time, so that the gp5 helps to pan out into a stronger lategame because of the gold income. If you're building Eleisa's by your 2nd or 3rd blue buff so that you can pass it off, you're not getting the most out of your Philo. You do need the CC reduction earlier though, which is why I don't think Eleisa's is a good option for Amumu--if you're getting it as early as you need it for the CC reduction, you're getting it too early for your Philo stone to have been a good investment. And by the time it IS a good investment, your mana issues won't be as big anymore, since you'll have other mana sources like Banshee's Veil, and just general base mana/mp5 growth.

Tenacity reduces the duration of stuns, slows, taunts, fears, snares, sleeps, silences, blinds and immobilizes by 1% per point. Multiple Tenacity effects do not stack, but Tenacity does stack multiplicatively with other disable reductions (for example Irelia's Ionian Fervor).

Turrets will now correctly respond to calls for help when an allied champion who is Taunted, Feared, or Stealthed is attacked
Baron Nashor now ignores debuffs if you are too far away to engage him. Notably this will prevent Heimerdinger from stacking the armor and magic resist reduction debuff from his turrets
Added a gray version of the charging/cooldown icon for the following spells/passives/items: Pantheon's Aegis Protection, Kennen's Electrical Surge, Kassadin's Force Pulse, LeBlanc's Mirror Image, Annie's Pyromania, Anvia's Rebirth, Twisted Fate's Stacked Deck, Nunu's Visionary, and Guardian Angel

my typical build's bonus hp includes:

48 masteries
175 runes
270 aegis
450 sunfire
350 randuins
=

3251 max health

old Ki Strike: 100+(3251*3.5%) = 213.8 (SO MUCH DAMAGE, WITH ONLY 8K GOLD IN ITEMS)
new Ki Strike: 95+(1293*8%) = 198.4


I might be tossing the Sunfire out after this nerf too. Where are these items that Shen is supposed to be carrying with? Frozen Mallet? hahaha

yay for morg buffs.

havent played her in a long time, as I find lux more enjoyable to play (although both could use some better skins) but I will for sure give her a few games after finals, even though it's a very small buff.

I dont think sunfire is OP and I dont understand why Garen needs to get nerfed again (both with tenacity hitting silence and sunfire being less good). I mean, radiance was pretty OP for a while but sunfire isnt really the same thing.

btw while we're nerfing unfun game mechanics, how about matchmaking not giving me retards in normal? that's the most unfun mechanic in the game, for sure.
Those small maps were like a boxing match in a phone booth.

The change to Jax is fixing a bug (glitch? feature?) they implemented the patch when they changed the jump mechanics. If it affects autoattacks as well though (allows jax to attack quickly after jumping) it could significantly change his viability. can't wait to see what it actually does.

I don't like CC reduction on Jax anyway, as some stuns + a little bit of distance will still stop your ultimate stacks, so you probably want to go cleanse with probably QSS to supplement that, and with that CC reduction is just wasted. Wit's end is good in theory, but you want hextech/wriggle's, rageblade, ninja tabi and rageblade before you would get another item, against many teams you would also get QSS before that. If you go wriggles, thats 5 slots already full and using the last one for wits end isnt good... Or maybe my build is just dumb. Definately a possibility.

Being able to stun while leaping makes me super happy, even more if it makes the first attack out of leap faster than current speed.
