Im fine with it. It gave ashe a free 75 second kill in lane in conjunction with a gank, or a get out of jail free card. Nothin wrong with gettin rid of that aspect of it.

Gotta love those 150 mana 75 second cooldown <1 second skillshot stuns for getting out of jail free.

Not to mention that Ashe's ECA, because of its huge cooldown, has a huge pressure to actually initiate properly, set up a gank or save a teammate. Skillshots like Amumu's Bandage Toss give a decent stun and can be fired every few seconds. I'm not saying that ECA isn't better than other skillshots, but the importance of the ECA actually hitting and hitting the right target was immense, such that having to waste it as a get-away tool is just a shitty situation for Ashe to get into.

Now, with this nerf, it just makes the importance of hitting the ECA on the right target at the right time, in the right position even greater. In that sense, I like the Ashe nerf since good Ashe players were controlling the metagame in Europe too heavily imo, but the nerf will separate the great Ashes from the world-class ones.

In another sense, as an Ashe player, I hate the nerf T.T

AP Alistar nerfed.... My heart has been broken. I've been playing a lot of Ashe and Amumu lately, but any chance I could I always went to AP Alistar. Just so much damn fun when people don't expect the ridiculous W>Q combo to light them up.

Looks pretty good, funny thought you put ward hoping back into the game. I don't think being able to tell someone is teleporting to a ward will save many lives.

Thank god for the Ryze buff, imo that puts him closer to where he should be. I think he's probably very well balanced at this point. I haven't played LoL in a while (drunk veigar games don't count), but I might have to play some Ryze after that change.

I've still been getting stunned by Ashe arrow, it could be that they were just tweaking the slowing part of it and not removing the stun.

Yes, exactly what the patch notes said. Removing the stun would be the biggest nerf in recent LoL history.

Good patch overall; makes a lot of sense. TF is straight up OP, corki is a little bit too hard to catch for a carry with so much dmg and Galio was pretty useless.

Although I hope this doesn't mean a wave of noob Trynds will hit public. Last thing we need is a noob Trynd instant-lock to go with the standard noob Yi instant-lock.

The Galio changes confuse me. Better base stats and more damage reduction on his ult are helpful, but they don't really address Galio's most fundamental problems as a main tank.

Galio's core problem remains that the moment his ult is finished he's completely ignorable. All other tanks are able to keep hard CCing enemies throughout the team fight, but Galio only has a soft CC and a haste buff which is both positional and directional. These tools aren't useless, but their effects are limited in an era chock full of gap closers.

Try playing him as Yiruru had in his guide, Galio is definitely not something you can ignore if given enough farm. The issue is just that he is mostly outclassed by other casters in them having better utility or damage output in the long run. If I have to make a comparison, Galio at the moment is kinda similar to the pre buff Annie, without a point and click stun capability and with more tank.

Galio's trademark is still the 90 armor/MR buff he can give to anyone on his team. All tanks are meant to be ignored as soon as a better target presents itself anyways.

Galio is basically malphite in that his role is to start off a fight with a bang and lets his team finish the job while he just autoattacks whoever and casts w/e spells. If the initial bang is big enough then even a tank doesn't really need much follow-up cc's.
