Vlad Tier 4 suddenly? In my experience the nerfs to him werent that harsh (1 to 0,5 sec on Q) anyone wanna comment on this? | ||

Well vlad always got pwned in lane by anything and the nerfs to revolver really hurt him, and now he's not as impossible after lvl 9 so you can't claw back in after getting pwned early | ||
