WHAT THE HELL IS THIS SHIT? Like the only reasonable plan they can come up with is to split servers? Like I don't care too much about a lot of the eastern european countrys but being split from scandinivia (where like 60% of the good european players in any game are from) sucks balls.
edit: It seems like you an choose which platform you want and even transfer to one. I SWEAR TO GOD this will lead to one platform dying and all the good players will pool at the other one. Same thing always happened in WoW with the battlegroups.

Putting scandinavia and austria along with countries like Estonia, Ukraine, Russia etc
1. makes no sense at all as Scandinavia is completely western in nature
2. splits at least FnaticMSI

I'm pretty sure that split is to make the servers vaguely even in population. If most of the players are in western europe and scandinavia then splitting off east europe won't help the problem much

Sounds like I'll have to move to West pretty fast. Russians and Eastern Europeans tend to be the ones who don't speak english or communicate with anyone except their duo partner...
I'm guessing most of LP will go to West as well? Thoughs fellow EU players?

I have no idea how many russians/ukrainians etc. are playing LoL but I don't think they are that many (I almost never have Russian players, most of them probably still play DotA) so if most of Scandinavia switches over east is going to be real tiny compared to west.

The only reason to not stay on the Eastern server for scandis is to get rid of frenchies in their team. Then again, the trade of russians vs frenchies isn't hard to decide on. =D
Free 14d IP boost ftw.
Also, I really see no reason why ANY scandi would stay on east servers. =S

Yeah nothing appears, when I look at history the newest posts are from over an hour ago and you can't comment / read comments of the announcement although it has over 40 pages.
Seems like censoring because of all the negative feedback, Pendragon also hardcapped his announcements rating at a minimum of 0 or it'd be at least -10000
