EPTserious question: Did they bug his damage out this patch or something? The difference between last patch and this one seems way way beyond what was listed in the patch notes. He's taken over as my 2nd ban after GP btw, haven't seen him lose in solo queue this patch.

Overall dmg buffed, ult cast time reduced and scaling buffed, and just constant stealth buffs to make him OP | ||

Try running windowed fullscreen, I do that. Of course it's not related but I can't think of a reason why you'd want to run any game fullscreen. =P Btw 8/11 is really bad as it causes inaccuracy | ||
